Ginza Teppanyaki

it was very overpriced for what we got. we did have a good time but our chef was not as active as the others

To say Teppinyaki is supposed to be a fun experience, ours wasn’t the best. The chef didn’t really engage with us and wasn’t all that fun. Probably wouldn’t visit this place again, especially given the price

Probably the 10th time I've been and I inducted another two into the Ginza experience. Seeing others delighted makes it all the more enjoyable but I always have a blast and enjoy the meal immensely. Thanks to Bo for last night's furious games!

This is nothing like a real Japanese experience. Its seemingly like a mass Chinese restauranter owner who decided to convert the space into a tepanyaki place. Its like going to a Mcdonalds, they want you sat fast, serve the food way to fast regardless of what you still have on the table - they cook anyway and all because they want to turn the tables around in about 1 hr. We were still finishing our main course and a drink and they wanted to move us to another area so they could set the table for next guests (and we had arrived on time and only been there for 70mins end to end). Worst experience ever. Overprice

Food was amazing! Cooked to perfection! Was a little loud, but I think that was because everyone was enjoying themselves.

We were last customers for the evening we were rushed out in less than an hour. No coffee as the closed machine. Food was piled up with no time to eat. So was a little disappointing.

Very professional, yet enjoyable evening. They just made us feel welcome and like they thoroughly enjoyed helping us celebrate the two birthdays. They may have been different ages; one was in her sixties and one was 17 but they both enjoyed the night equally

We have come twice within different years . The place need renovation and better seats. It is quite costly for the amount of food we got. However the game and the fun is the one attracted my son and my husband to eat here

Great food , great atmosphere but very over priced.. not much style with teppanyaki chef...basically just having food cooked in front of you compared to a whole dining experience.... disappointingly if you can’t catch the food you miss out on that dish 😢

Food was average. Miso soup and rice were cold. Not worth the money.

The menu is expensive but the experience great fun. The kids menu needs some work. Kids don’t get food early which was problematic.

Far Too expensive!! However we Really enjoyed the evening, sat with nice people, food was lovely but the prawn heads were brought out and given to some people at the wrong time and then half my party were not given this item until the right time, but this was not explained.

We've been here a few times with the kids and have never been disappointed. The good, the service, the atmosphere and the entertainment are all awesome.

Staff where great. They were there straight away to clear your empty plate and refill your glass. Chef did a great job with the food and made it very entertaining.
