Great night , all of us enjoyed the food and jack our chef , we will return

Experience wise it is ok. The playing is fun. But find it pricey for the quantity of food served. Paid $250 for 4 people and we still need to get food somewhere after because we are still hungry

Great fun filled dinner, great chefs that make it so much fun

Food was nice, but we felt rushed to leave and then there were issues with payment. Overall a nice meal.

A great lunch venue - we had Jackson as our chef - he was a lot of fun which you want from teppanyaki - the quality of food is really good - fast becoming a fav

For the price it was just a bit lackluster. It also started late, drinks didn’t come out and the atmosphere on other tables wasn’t there for us. It was my daughter’s birthday and it didn’t end up being as special for her as we’d hoped.

The food was great. The service was good, although the meal felt a bit rushed. Each course was too close to the previous one. Would still go back again.

We had a great night out, it was my partners birthday, they made a big fuss of him and used him as target practice for the egg. It was hilarious!!!!

Food was generally good but the meat was a tad overcooked

There were some loud drunk people swearing loudly near our table who should have been dealt with by the manager as there were young children at our table, and it’s not a good thing for anybody there. They were happy. It aggressive but it’s still antisocial. We ignored them but it’s still not good

My friends and I had a fun night and the food was tasty. The chefs were great and cocktails delicious.

Atmosphere was great for people of all ages, excellent service and the food wow! Definitely a fun way to have dinner

Nice food, nice service, friendly staff, is worth to go there .

The food was tasty and our chef talented, however in order to get drinks we would have to constantly ask the waters and reminding them, often waiting an excessively long time or never receiving them. In the end we were overcharged for 5 cocktails we ordered but never received. The staff seem lost constantly and in the end although what we ate tasted good i am not sure it was worth our bill at the end.

Was ok food was pretty boring and I just don’t get people wanting to have egg flicked st their face? Pretty expensive for the plain food you get.

We had a very enjoyable evening at Ginza Teppanyaki. The food was tasty and watching the chef and joining in the fun was a great experience. My 12 year old especially loved it.

Had a good time - chef was a little too quiet though. Need a little more flare and fun
