Well and truly over our expectations on the food, we had the veg and meat lovers pizza or more like pizza pie. Enough for 4 people of medium eating. Staff very friendly and happy to help with whatever was needed. Do recommend. 10/10

The food was delicious, however was a little expensive. The most disappointing part of the evening was the service. There appeared to be little organsation with the staff and little thought put into waiting the tables. The staff were all relatively innattentive to us and our potential needs throughout the night. Our dirty dishes took quite a considerbale amount of time to be cleared. When our main meals were brought, both pastas with spaghetti, we were given a knife and fork with which to eat them. It was so difficult to get a staff member's attention, I had to go up and ask for spoons. When they brought these, the waitress ran off so quickly I couldn't ask for another drink so, I again had to go up and order this. Finally, when our dessert platter came, as we were there for my partnes birthday, no one brought us any culterly. So, for the third time, I had to get up and ask for this. The place it self is gorgeous, and the food was nice, however the staff clearly need much more training. The lack of good service impacted our overall expereince considerably.

Loved the cheese wheel pasta. It’s very rich with taste and also the deep dish pizza. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was beautifully interior decorated to give that vibe to have a beautiful dinner with your partner. Will definitely go back to try the rest of the menu.

Great birthday dinner at Godi la Vita. Great atmosphere and great food. Was a bit disappointing that they charged 2.50 each for “cakage” to supply plates and forks for the cake my family had bought for my birthday. Really? Is that necessary?
