Overall the service of the food and drink was very slow, it took away a pleasant dining experience. I would not recommend.
Great service and great quality food. Will come back again
Excellent as ever we love this place every week !
As always food and service 10 out of 10. Will be back
Food is good! Lots of variety! I love it! :)
Number of food trolleys seem to have lessen. Service was not as efficient as prior.
Dim sum options were good. Service was a little difficult to get at times cause the dim sum cart just didn't come down our "lane". Had to get the orders to the waiters instead.
Yum Cha was wonderful, restaurant was very clean and pleasant.
Had a good meal. Although need more service trolleys as we had to wait for the steamed dumplings for quite a while.
Great service and delicious yumcha. Clean and well lit Chinese restaurant which we have been coming time and again.
Very attentive service with regards to refilling our tea pot. The food was being served at fairly quick intervals so we didn't have to wait long for new dishes of dim sum at all. Food was also generally quite tasty
We enjoyed our lunch, a bit hard to find if you don't know where it is.
Great service and top quality food with a nice atmosphere
Good service . Food was average . A bit pricey
Low patronage due to the Coronavirus scare. Service was quicker and more attentive We enjoy this restaurant for a family getogether
Love that restaurant - always the best yum cha in Melbourne and they really look after you, especially when you become a regular.
Great food and lovely setting. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Food here was good. A wide variety of dishes however service was just a bit slow
Service was very slow. Minimal food was coming out and when it did the trolleys would just by pass us. We must have been in between times but had made a booking and had to ask to be served drinks very disappointed and not 4 star.
-Long wait because trolleys keep skipping aisles -Food not bad
We opted for the Yum Cha and the food was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The staff are a little over enthusiastic at the start but you soon get into the way they run their Yum Cha.
Great food and efficient, helpful service. Will be back again.
Food here is good with a wide range of selection . Service is abit slow though
The food was very good and the service was excellent.
Glad we booked online as it is Lunar New Year and there was a big crowd trying to get in. We were seated within 5 minutes (showed the uncle my booking in his book) and food was fresh and delicious. Friendly service. It's our favourite yum cha restaurant.
Great Hong Kong style yum cha and service was good.
Great Hong Kong style Chinese yum cha, the food was great, good for family and friends.
Overall quality food and service. More variety for the vegaterian to get 6 star
The food was delicious! Great range. Fast service. Friendly staff. Good value for money.
I will not be in a hurry to visit this place again. During Yum Cha service, many of the staff were unable to explain what the dishes were and the variety was slim pickings. Possibly due to the fact we had a late lunch booking of 1.30, it seemed as though we were getting all the cold leftovers from an earlier sitting.
The food was average. But the service was really bad. The so call manager (the younger one as there were 2 managers) he was so unhappy and unwilling to serve us. There are many other Chinese restaurant better outside. Will never go back again.
All very good as usual. Very helpful staff. Good varied and interesting.
The service was average if that most of them don't even speak english. The food was good however the variety and quantity was poor, for a restaurant that moves trays around for you to choose we didn't have much to choose of. Very disappointed as the last time I went it was much better.
A nice place for chinese “yum cha” and the selection is very good. It can get pretty crowded however and the staff are not the friendliest as they always seem to be in a rush.
Food was okay. Maybe because there were more people to serve during boxing Day. But glad that that were open on boxing Day
Food was great and quick to served. and staff was accommodating. We were seated earlier than booking time. My family and I had enjoyed our dinner (though kids still love to have the flat rice beef dumplings but not available during dinner)
Excellent dim sum as always. Good service and lots of choice. Highly recommended.
Would of loved the option of yum cha for the evening! But amazing food :)
Great food and quick service lovely place to dine or for yum cha
It took nearly an hour to get our banana fritter
