Waiting for the fried dumplings trolley for 2 hours that never came. They kept telling us that they are being cooked in the kitchen. Wondering if the staff skipped some tables. Also ordered salted egg buns, asked for it twice yet they never came.

Service was very slow, stuff wasn't friendly, avarage restaurant with overpriced food!

The waitress and waiter serving us were attentive and professional. They changed our wine bucket, replaced ice and cutlery without us asking them. Good service staff.

As always excellent, food and service second to none... Highly recommend

Food was good, but the service could've been a lot better. Many of the staff seemed to struggle to understand English, and seemed to take a long time to get around to us.

Service was terrible. The head waiter had no personality and argued with me when I asked if the fried rice was big enough for 2 people to share. Was very overpriced for what we got

Food was ok, better dim sum in the other locations such as secret kitchen in the city - but we've been coming here for years and it's a stable choice.

Great food and valuable money. although staff are not friendly or too helpful. Went to yum cha and we waited for ages for food to come our way. Everytime we asked staff for assistance we noticed how they lack any customer service values. It's as if we are disturbing them by asking for anything.

Hot tip - getting the first seating at 11am means the best yum cha!

Bought the whole family. Always a fun, bustling affair. Noisiness and chatter is part of these riotous events and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Poor service. Cold food. Our special vegetarian order was served and it was pork. Trolleys could not reach our table. All around a very bad yum cha experience.

Always fun to come here. I had to book two tables because we had so many people wanting to come with us! The atmosphere is electric, as should be expected in a bustling yum cha establishment. The classic dishes were slower to come out but there were plenty of other options.
