Thoroughly enjoyable experience, great ambiance, excellent service and extensive beverage selection and great tapas.
Great atmosphere. Good service, but the food took ages to come. It was yummy when it arrived though.
Attempted to book using a GroupOn voucher (expiring in 4 days). Attempted to contact venue direct with no response so attempted booking via Quando as a back up option. When owner did make contact I found him to be incredibly pretentious, dismissive and unhelpful. He made it clear this booking would not be honoured for use of the voucher. He was patronising and rude, not the customer service experience I'd expect, nor recommend for future patrons. This is actually the first negative review I've ever left, but I passionately believe customer service forms a crucial part of the hospitality experience and I hope this review helps reflect my personal negative experience with this aspect of the venue.
