Able to book online, arrive at the restaurant and it’s not open. Yet received a confirmation 👎🏼

We've been waiting for more than 45 minutes, the specials were gone, and the restaurant isn't even full. My family and I weren't impressed at all.

Great service, tasty food and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Love the fact you can take your left overs home for the next day. Will be back.

Was gd food but think soda water should be free like water or not charged for like soft drink is. Food gd nice place to eat

Had a lovely time at the Groove Train Cranbourne. The waitress was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her! Great food too!

Thanks for making our staff dinner such a great night! 13 people left happy! Great service, drinks and food all around. The menu really worked for us as there were plenty of options for regular eaters as well as vegans. Highly recommended and great to support other local businesses!

Great food, great venue. Will defiantly be back again Kids loved their meals just as much as we did. Having the entertainment book vouchers were a great deal too.

We always receive incredibly friendly and prompt service. We love the atmosphere, which is warm and welcoming. The food is also consistently tasty, fresh and of high quality.

Food was really nice for all 3 of our dishes, the girls were attentive and attended us with a smile. Seats were comfortable. Its tuck away in the back corner of the shopping centre but well worth a visit

Good, friendly service and the meals were great. There are some very good vegetarian options such as the Polenta Stack which is delicious. We will be back.

Had a nice night out with my daughter, food was great as well as service. Did not have to wait long for food or drinks.

Food, service and quality overall were exceptional. Great menu items to choose from, out of the 8 people who attended we all had quite a few options we had to choose between, generally I find it difficult to find 1 thing on a menu that I really want to try but last night I was deciding between 4 options. Will just have to go back now to try the other 3 things I had to forego!

Lovely meal fresh and tasty. Service was a bit slow on this occasion but other times i have been there it has been prompt. All in all great experience

The Resturant was beautiful, the only thing(s) I can fault it is, they don't sell Jugs of drink, only come in cups or glasses, The Meals were a little bit pricey But they are cooked beautifully. Wouldn't go there for dinner or lunch, because the prices on things are a bit too much, but would go there for a coffee or a quick bite to eat. Was also impressed with how they have Gluten fee / Vegetarian Dishes available

The Grove train Cranbourne is a place I would recommend. They are very friendly, the food is very tasty and the value is great also.

The meal last night was lovely everyone enjoyed what they had and the staff were very friendly and helpful, definately a place to go to again.

The food was great. The menu caters for everybody. The meals are resonably priced. The atmosphere was relaxing & comfortable. Very friendly staff. Will be going back soon.

Rushed service, wait staff kept asking for our drinks order from two separate waiters consecutively. One of the meals was burnt and two of them room temperature, you don't serve seafood pasta at room temp! Atmosphere on a Saturday night was dead. Wait staff would ask us to pass them certain items off the table I.e sauces, spare cutlery instead of coming back to collect. I came to eat not tidy up.

Really good, everyone enjoyed their meal and the atmosphere. I was stoked not to be stuck watching sports again so glad that channel V was on. I'm vegan and there was heaps of options for me or vegetarian meals that I could get cheese taken off . The polenta stack was great. We were a little chilly but sat right near the windows so that's to be expected I guess. Would defs return 👍🏼

Appalling. We waited close to 90 minutes for our food to arrive and 30 minutes for our coffees. One guest ordered smashed avocado and when it arrived it was disgraceful - could not believe we had waited 90 minutes for a piece of toast with avocado on it. My son's toasted sandwich was barely cooked and once again could not believe we waited 90 minutes for it. We were beyond disappointed and will never return to this restaurant and will be telling others not to go there either. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

Couldnt fault the meal whatsoever... a bit of a wait on food, goes to say the restaurant was fully loaded, Hats of to fabulous company and great food

The food was awesome. Staff were very friendly. A really great atmosphere. Also very well priced. The restaurant had a great layout and it was really accessible.

Good was great, service was average. We asked for Parmesan for pasta and didn't get it and was given the bill before we were finished. We planned on dessert but went elsewhere

Party of 10 waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for main meals. Service terrible, wait staff avoided our table like the plague. Twice we had someone find a wait staff to enquire about our meals. Pasta meals cold, polenta vegetable stack - cold, risotto - bland, wood fired pizzas - bland, burnt and soggy. To top off bad service and food, Manager was rude, aggressive and argumentative and not at sincere with his apology. Received a round of complimentary drinks and a discount off our meal but thanks to Managers appalling attitude it just didn't cut it. Worst dining experience ever!

my experience wasn't the best because we had to wait awhile for our food then being told they forgot about our order then when it finally was served it wasn't what we ordered

Groove Train Cranebourne Park has got an amazing ambience with warm and friendly staff.We enjoyed my birthday dinner with family .A great place in Melbourne !!!

Amazing food and service, I ordered the satay chicken and it was the best one I have had- has a nice spicy kick to it

We walked out after waiting OVER 3/4 hour and no one approached us not to even to say hi we wont be long or put water & glasses on our table. What made the it worse was that a table of 6 ppl were seated next to us and was placed water on their table with in a few minutes, and the waiter walked straight pass us. THEN a table of 8 we seated opposite to us and given the same, still no one came near us even after i looked at waiter and nodded and smiled. What made me walk out was that the table of 6 & the table of 8 ppl then had their orders taken... that was the last straw!!! I fully understand that you can be busy and flat out BUT a smile and i wont be long IS FREE and thought it would be one of your top priorities. I work with people and i know a smile goes such a long way, it make the person feel they are someone and count!! I would not have had a problem if someone just took the time to say we are a bit busy (as it was fathers day) but we wont be long......BUT NOTHING AND THEN 2 TABLES THAT CAME IN AFTER US WERE SERVED AND ORDERS TAKEN...........not good enough, wont be back. Thanks for spoiling my husbands special day with the family. We went to The Coffee Club....beautiful meal. You do know how retail works....good service you tell a few BUT bad service you tell the world !!!!

We enjoyed our lunch today. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the food was mostly good. The only thing was the "tomato relish" with the polenta chips and veggie burger was far too sweet. We would go back again though.
