The food is not authentically japanese more of a chinese fusion. Shashimi slices were too thick . Too a little expensive .

Excellent food as always. Best value for money in Mt Lawley IMO. They were busy so service was a bit slow and it was noisy.

Food was really good, service efficient. Very busy and orders came out well. Just a shame the large table of people next to us had a man standing up talking really loudly for ages. Enough to put you off you food!

Delicious sushi, probably best Japanese restaurant I have ever been in Perth! Service was quick, all staff was very kind, polite and super nice !! Price is great for the quality of the food. Location is nice with some lanterns all other the restaurant on the outside. You can also sit on the Japanese traditional tables if you ask them:) that’s what we did ! Definitely recommended!!

Returning to our favourite Japanese restaurant after 3 months and the sashimi as always was perfect.

Both myself and my friend chosen salmon teriyaki and were very satisfied with our choices. The salmon and rice came with miso soup, very tasty salad, beansprouts and fruit. I was really impressed that they cut half of the orange skin to make it easier to eat. Really nice detail. Highly recommend.

Great food and service on a very busy night out

We always have a great meal. Only criticism is to try and bring the main meals out together instead of waiting quite a long time for both parties to eat together.

We brought overseas visitors to Hanami as it is one of our favourite Japanese restaurants, and they enjoyed it also - it was very busy and therefore the girls were understandably a little slow responding, but always polite - also a little noisy (as are all restaurants I find).
