First time to Hanami. It was very busy which is a good indication that it would be a pleasant experience. Service was slow to start but they were run off their feet at first but picked up. Food was lovely would highly recommend.

Food is always great but if you go on a night when something is on in the Astor you really get rushed by the staff

Went on a busy Saturday night. Staff were amazingly efficient and didn’t have to wait long for our food They have the best deep fried lotus chips in Perth Chirashi and the pork bugolgi are worth a try

Great service and very quick served food. Awesome experience - very busy for a Monday night.

We had to wait for our table to start with, then for service to order food. We ordered bubbles and were told there were no champagne glasses only wine. Pointless offering bubbles in wine glasses I say. Drinks were not delivered together. Entrees came but did not arrive together nor did mains. Service was slow in cleaning up plates from the table after each course. Overall, I think they were too busy to serve the tables booked, both in the kitchen and with floor staff. Such a pity as it was our fav Japanese. The takeaway cue was long-maybe trying to offer too much?

Very busy night, but the girls worked hard to keep everyone happy. Food eas faultless and the wait time was short as each dish was cooked it was delivered to our table.

No stress and wont push you to go. Plenty of time to enjoy the food and good time with friends.

They were real busy, but food very nice. However did notice smaller portion of Chicken katsu salad. Been have for 3 years. Like that you can pay seperate billing.
