My soup was only delivered to the table because I asked for it and my main meal didn’t arrive despite asking for it. Left the restaurant without eating. Not sure if management has changed but the level of incompetence was unacceptable. Won’t be going again despite this being one of my favourite restaurants until now.

Food was good, though this time the dish we called was beef the portion was much smaller than the usual that we regularly ordered.

I'd forgotten how fantastic Hanami was until visiting again. All the food was delicious and fresh and everyone was raving about it as we dined. The portions were generous. Truly one of my favourite Japanese restaurants.

Hanami is our family favourite. They are always able to find a table for us even when booking online the same day. The are pre is traditional and service amazing. There are so many great dishes & something for everyone to choose. Always fresh and delicious. Hence we keep coming back!

It was my son’s birthday and he was really happy he got to spend it an Hanami. The staff was really friendly and the food came out quickly and was very fresh. I wasn’t loud either.

The tables for two are too small and uncomfortably placed. It would be much better if they were larger, set away from the toilet area, and not positioned in the middle of walkways or too close to the entry door. Otherwise great.
