Food is awesome! It is a little bit loud in the restaurant but it is tolerable.

Next time I will take my phone charger. Didnt realize you had to order your food online so took awhile to get use to. Also needs some ventilation when your cooking. Food was okay

We went in to hold the table so we weren’t late and the rest Couldn’t get parking so had to leave My 2 kids shared 7 pieces of chicken between them before we had to leave quickly and still got charged $50 for 2 kids under 7, they could clearly see we had only ordered 7 pieces of chicken while waiting for the rest of the family and still charged $50 ..... Very disappointing

The serving is slow and missed order many times and food tastes not as good as before.

The marinated pork chop was good. Music so loud you can’t hear anyone and I asked twice to have it turned down. All the hot food ie. fries, pancakes, spring rolls and chicken wings were cold and when I asked for hot ones they got them straight from the same place the others came from. $40 for 6 slices of pork isn’t worth the value. Must say I was very disappointed in the whole experience.

We used to go there all the time but seems the buffet style changed due to covid 19’ we get that but the price went up again and I didn’t see any better for this price change reflect into the quality of food. A bit disappointed plus so many Koreans Bbq in the city. You guys can do better than that. Good luck!!!

Great service just after lockdown, food was very fresh and the staff were knowledgable on the dishes and explaining how things had changed due to COVID. Being regular customers it was great to see even when quiet that their standards are just as good

Was not expecting not to go and get our own food. As there was a time limit, and our person who was collecting the food from the buffet took for ages, was then rushing to eat. The grill in middle of table didn’t get hit enough so the food took a long time to cook.

Menu is far been cut back smaller and meat quality is low quality especially premium cut beef. Not a great dining experience anymore for the value.

It was our first time there and we had the most amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The food was delicious! Thank you all so much. We will definitely be back soon!

We have been dining the Hanwoori for years. this is our favourite place for Korean BBQ in Brisbane. However they recently increased their price, which is totally justifiable and understandable. due to COVID restriction, all buffet is now table services, which will require more staff to assist customers.
