Fully disappointed.. Hainan Chicken rice had overnight rice yes..but it was done badly tasted like super stiff pellets... no taste like salt was forgotten. Same as Chilli Prawn..we did not expect what seemed like frozen prawns in a packet sauce for nearly $40 a dish. Then the $250 crab (salted egg yolk) just very low standard.. had gooey flour half fried all soggy and runny, not crisp, no fragrance, again no saltiness at all like salt was left out of all the dishes. Just none of the cuisine was done to any decent standard.

We've eaten there for 20 years, the chilli crab trade mark dish was no where near the quality of previous dinners and the price was way too high
