Understaffed, had to download the menu on our phone but order it through the staff, which took a while.

Great food and vibes as always at Hencho! Really nice tacos especially the fish, our favorite. Waiting a little while for the main courses but it was busy, worth the wait :)

Do yourself a favour and give this place a go for a more authentic Mexican food experience. You won't regret it.

When we arrived the restaurant had no idea about our booking. We then were unable to use App to order off the menu as there was no way to add menu item to cart. When we asked about the order the waiter just took our order without acknowledging our query about the app. Food all arrived a different times but was quite good.

Our Chilli Margueritas were delicious. All the food was yummy. A me the staff were geat👍 😋

The waitress did not understand our request twice. We ordered onion rings entree - didn't get them after asking 2 times. They forgot guacamole and burritos too expensive $27.00. The standard of food and service is too low.

Service wasn’t great, we were ignored and had to ask serval times to be served. Never got cutlery even though we were ask several times. Food was good.

We celebrated my sons birthday on Monday and when we mentioned it to the staff, they brought out a plate of churros for him which was so generous and kind of the them, and they sang happy birthday to him! It was such a lovely surprise! It made our celebrations even more special. :-)
