Hey Griller

We went with a Groupon Voucher and unfortunately we were quite restricted as to what we could and couldn't order with the voucher. We were also never offered any water to drink and thought that the customer service was a bit poor. We ended up having a glass of wine each, lamb and pork skewers and a dessert each. I would have really liked some water to drink and a side salad/vegies/chips/something with the main course but unfortunately this was not allowed. I don't think we would bother going there again.

Food was very good and excellent value for money. The pork belly skewers were very tasty and desserts were very well presented. Great to have 2 drinks included.

The fried Chicken meat was dry and bitter, the main meals were tiny and not that tasty. We were still hungry and had to go to another restaurant.

This is the 2nd time we come to this restaurant. Last time when we were there, the restaurant was packed as it was Friday. Very happy with Excellent food and services. Tiger prawn skewers were very tasty, same as Pork belly skewers. Will take friends there next time.

We shared grilled squid, which was very chewy; like eating rubber bands. The meat on the skewers, lamb and pork, as I recall, was very tough; like chewing someone's shoe. Sweets were okay. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Some of the food were good while others were not as impressive. However, I do like the fun ambiance without feeling overwhelmed. Dessert was interesting too. I'm looking forward to visiting it again to try out some other food that I didn't get to try.

Started with pork wraps the pork was so crispy. Loved the traditional pork sewers and you can't leave without a green tea panna cotta or the Bailey's cheese cake

Lovely food, fantastic presentation, good service. The spicy lamb shanks were perfectly cooked, and the deserts are an adventure all by themselves. Have been there twice now... not disappointed and will definitely return again. Everyone should try Hey Griller for something different.

Very friendly service. Food was delicious, different to any other place we’ve been, can’t wait to try it again. You’ve got to try the baileys cheesecake & the chicken wing skewers.

Food was average...and we waited ages for the food. The staff were friendly and working as quickly and as efficiently as they could though, so I think they just need more staff. Food could be improved!

Everything was perfect, very much appreciated the warm service and the fantastic food, we would recommend HG to anyone and everyone! Keep up the great work!

Fast service and great range of food. Cocktails were amazing and the food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. We were in and out within an hour

Every dish we had was absolutely delicious. So fragrant and tasty. We had the skewer combo, panzanella salad and grilled mantou. Not to mention the divine chocolate and hazelnut dessert with toasted marshmallow on the top! Wow. Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat. Service was also excellent. What a little gem of a restaurant!

Excellent restaurant! Full of surprise! We ordered tiger prawn skewer, flame iron, flaming pork belly, lamb shank, purple yam cheesecake and green tea penna cotta. All dishes cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!!

Great food, the pork skewers are amazing! Nice cocktails under $15. Waiters could have been slightly more attentive but very friendly and service overall was very good.

Nice concept and great potential. Wine selection was disappointing. Pork belly was dry but my husband's lamb-shank was delicious. It was an inconsistent meal with potential.

Food was good, unfortunately the service didn't match, Delayed dishes meant people were finished before some in our group had ate. Items were forgotten and we had to keep asking. Obviously not enough staff on shift and other tables got their food before we did even though we ordered before them.

This was our second visit food and service is good.

Really nice food and not over priced. Recommend the ribs and pork belly. Good drink selection too. Clean toilets and friendly waitress, everyone enjoyed their meals. Thanks.

Friendly service. Easy parking. Bad acoustics - a bit noisy. I'd rate my pork belly meal 7/10. I would rather have no mayo on the slaw because it tasted waxy and the texture was too soft. I prefer more crunch in a salad so maybe a light asian dressing or a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar would have been perfect for me. Desserts were yummy.

Good food without being great, reasonable portion sizes. Friendly helpful staff, although they needed more staff as service was a bit slow. Ditch the chipped plates, dont set a table with them. Family friendly with a relaxed atmosphere.

Every dishes we ordered was cooked to perfection and delicious. Furikake Tofu salad was refreshing and tasty. My favourite was the lamb shank, followed by salmon, and flaming iron.They came with great sauces too. Service was good, floor staffs were friendly and efficient. Two thumbs up!

The food is great, service was good, the only trouble is when it's really busy it's very noisy, like a lot of restaurant these days.

We had the flame iron and lamb shanks and both were sensational and perfectly cooked. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family .

My damn ribs were cold like as in really really cold! Opposite to lit, also semi awkward service- like not real bad but just awkward

Food was ok only...service was rubbish. When 4 people sit at a table why serve two of them and ten minutes later serve the other two...of the second two , one had to wait further time whilst they made her sauce. So by the time we ate everything was cold and because my medium rare steak sat on a hot stone , by the time I ate it, it was well done. This is all after waiting 50 minutes to get the first of our main courses...we did not have an entree and didn't bother due to time waiting for a dessert.

Very good service. It was very quiet though, don't think a lot of people know about this place yet! I was satisfied, and didn't walk away disappointed. Good place to go with friends and order some food to share.

The food was amazing, staff were excellent, albeit a tad slow on their feet but very pleasant. Alcohol choices were a little limiting but fair. I recommend this restaurant for the food.

I thought initially the service was slow but it did pick up. The food was very good and priced accordingly. I would visit again for sure.

Great atmosphere, family friendly. Attentive wait staffs. Food is great too especially the lamb skewers. Even our 3 year old loves the lamb skewers. Good portion too

Went to this restuarant the other night. Service was good. 1 meal we ordered was Grilled Harissa Chicken which had a bit of salad and two tiny bits of chicken, still hungry afterwards. Someone else ordered Flaming Crispy Pork Belly which meat was tough. A Chocolate and Hazelnut Fudge was order for dessert which was a bit dry. Prices were ok but food not fantastic.

Food is nice, loved the skwers combo, service staff is friendly and helpful, good location most important is free parking 😉this my second time been HG will come back for sure

Food was amazing! Just a suggestion to pre blend the ice / move the blender to the kitchen as the restaurant echoes the noise of the ice being blended when making cocktails quite loudly.

Great food, not so great service. Food took forever and they forgot our dessert and then got them confused. Might menulog next time. Salmon was great though.

Not impressed with this restaurant we had squid and garlic prawns for entree squid was tough and cold, garlic prawns were chopped up served in a jar with oil and no garlic and plain bread. Had pork belly and flaming steak for mains meal was large and meat cooked well but sauces served with them didn't go with dish . meat had a strange flavour think this was to do with the herbs used to coat the meats . Won't return to this Restaurant.

The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and the food didn't take long to come out. We Highly recommended and will definitely be returning again!

Service was very good. Food delicious. We had the stuffed mushrooms and mini wraps for entrees. Both good choices. Mains were lamb shank and ribs. Both tender and yummy flavours. Very big portions but were able to take home leftovers. Opted to share a desert, the purple yam cheesecake. Yummo. Overall very good food and service.

Amazing food, well presented and impeccable service! Pumpkin pops, seared scallops, stuffed mushrooms for entree, could not find fault. Mains were equally delicious, OMG, the purple yam cheesecake, a heavenly way to end the meal! Can't wait to go again!

The food and service was great. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who enjoys seafood. Mocktail was very nice and good value for money.
