Hey Griller

wasn't impressed..got the flaming pork belly.supposed to come with potato salad, instead,it came with apple salad which wasnt mentioned on the menu!..when i asked about it i was told its their spin on potato salad??..what..no potato?!...grrrr

We had a great night at the venue. The food was fresh and tasty and really well priced. The service was attentive without being overbearing. The venue itself was very pleasant. Going to highly recommend to my friends and we will definitely be coming back again.

The glass of red wine we ordered was off and the skewers for our entree were cold. The waitress was very helpful though and replaced both, including taking the cost of the skewers off our bill as we had to wait for them to be re-cooked. The acoustics of the premises also made it very hard for us to hear the waitress and each other over the top of other customers and kids in the restaurant.

The food was great as was the service. Amazing apple & pear salad that was paired with the pork belly. We left with very full bellies.

We both really enjoyed our food really yummy and super quick to come out too

I had the lamb shank with a side of cut potatoes and zucchini. Nothing too special and it needed seasoning. Company ordered the pork and she loved it. I think I ordered the wrong dish. They did do split billing which was fabulous and their green tea pana cotta was delicious.

Food was excellent, reasonably priced and nice atmosphere but the service left a bit to be desired. Ordered steak, was not asked how I would like it cooked. Entrees were not served in a reason time together, mine was cold by the time others were served theirs. Mains were being served whilst entree was still in progress. Meals were served across the table in front of us, not behind us One of the staff gave the impression she did not want to be there

Food tastes fantastic except for the very salty dressing of the japanese salad; the wait for the food service takes more than 30mins, considering not too busy.

food and service were great it was just lacking a bit of atmosphere in the restaurant, maybe as it has newly opened and there were not many customers.

Great atmosphere, great staff and most importantly great food. Food also came real fast. We ordered the entree scallops, entree squid and the famous flaming steak.

Food was enjoyable, service good the only thing no time between entrée and main course. The bill was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for a lovely evening

Very good food and drinks, great service. I loved my lamb shank and croquettes but my partner wasn't too sold about his steak. Will have to come back and try more dish from the menu ☺

We had a party of 6 including 1 baby. The staff were great and friendly and the food was even better! We heard the salmon was great but unfortunately they were sold out so we are looking forward to returning.

Amazing food and a good range of options to choose from. The service was fantastic and very accomodating! Loved the vibe and atmosphere we Will definitely be back!

Dissapointed... I’ve been here twice before and thought that the food was great however I definitely do not feel the same anymore. I ordered the char grilled lamb shank and the middle of it was cold. The wait staff who served us then kept saying that it shouldn’t be cold because it’s made fresh and I started to doubt myself.. so I got my partner to taste it and he confirmed that it was definitely cold in the middle. The wait staff then still went on about how it shouldn’t be cold... What I’m most disappointed about is not just the food, but the fact that when I told her my food was cold, the wait staff tried to disacknowledge me. Perhaps next time, acknowledge that it might be a mistake and I would have been ok with an apology. Another suggestion for Hey Griller - I think you may need to change the writing on your 20/30% off voucher (the ones that are put in mailboxes). On the voucher it says that “Locals 30% off on food” however when we paid, the discount only applied to mains and not entrees. I thought that it was a bit misleading.

Food was great but we felt we were rushed despite the front of house staff being really friendly. Reasonably priced fare and drinks went down well.

We ordered the lamb shank and the crispy pork belly plus a side of sweet potato chips. The meats were excellent but I think it lacked balance. Very indulgent. Could do with a fresh or citrus based salad on the side to cut through the salty and delicious fattiness of the meats. Still an excellent meal overall 👍🏾 Will return to try the skewers!

The food here was great, and larger servings than we expected. Service was also really good. Had a great dinner here with friends on a Friday night

Food was good. One of our meals for the steak cake out well-done to medium when we asked for medium to rare, but staff and kitchen were really nice and quick to re make our order. Overall very good service

Hey Griller is a fantastic little restaurant for small groups and a great place for a date. The food is terrific, and the meals are bursting with tantalising flavours. Definitely give this restaurant a try.

Food was great but service and ambience could improve. When we made the order we specifically said nothing creamy (mayonnaise), cheese or eggy and out comes the first dish with dollops of mayo. Luckily, it was easy to scrap off. Mains came out and we got the twice cooked pork belly - delicious but again, came with a creamy honey mustard dressed coleslaw. The music selection could be improved and perhaps heating turned up (considering it's winter). Food was reasonably priced. Staff were very polite and means well but would benefit on some further training. With a few soft touches, this place could really be a hit.

First time visit to this cool restaurant. Really friendly staff and food was excellent. Recommend their famous purple yam cheesecake as a nice light dessert :)

My partner had the Pork Belly which was delicious as was the flambe steak which i selected from the menu. Wait staff were friendly. Food was moderately priced

Tasty fusion of cultures and good quality meat and fish. We got in late but the place was still buzzing with people and staff were polite and efficient.

We showed up on time and our table was not ready, it took half an hour before our table was ready. Food was Ok but not great.

Fantastic meal and great place to catch up with friends. We enjoyed the mocktails and was not too loud to chat with the girls all night

Food was great. My partner really enjoyed the steak he had, stating it was the best he's had in a while. My pork was cooked beautifully. Overall a good night, would definitely come back again.

Friendly service, great food and lively atmosphere. This was the first time we went and will definitely be going back. So many good dishes to chose from, it's going to take a few return visits to try them all.

Great food but the waiters seemed to struggle with asking if anyone needed more drinks because it was too busy/needed one more member of staff. Would definitely go back for the food

this was our first visit to Hey Griller. We found the service was excellent even though every table was occupied. The meals we great. The Flamin' pork belly was a huge success but there was plenty of variety in the meal selections. There was also a lot of variety in meal size options which meant you could order to suit your appetite and budget. The prices were very reasonable. There were so many good options on the menu that we have decided we will revisit again soon to try the food we didn't get a chance to try this time.

We ordered a few dishes to share the battered mushrooms, pork belly and lamb skewers all of which were delish full of flavour! For our mains we had the steak (this was awesome how it was set alight.. flaming) lamb shanks, Moroccan chicken and salmon. All meals were great we also ordered 2 mango daiquiri by far the best I've ever had. Will definitely be back :)

Great dining experience, quick service and helpful staff. Only reason it didn't get a 6, is the meal size are quite small for the price. Overall, highly recommended

A great night....food was excellent as was the service. Even though it was busy, we were always notified by the staff as to how far our meal was from being served. Awesome night.

I loved the food especially pork belly skewers, grilled, juicy and loved the marinated sauce. The service was excellent and the staff was highly welcoming and friendly. Would definitely add in my favorite restaurants list.

Six of us had dinner here on a Saturday night. The menu options were broad and with the perfect mix of Modern Asian Fusion. The wines are excellent and very generously priced! I haven't seen a bottle of wine for $30 in a restaurant for years! Every one of our dishes was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. We even sat around for a long time after eating and never felt pressured to leave. We will be back!

Food is really nice. The flame iron and grilled fish were delicious. Staff were friendly. Clean and nice atmosphere. Free parking at the back. Will come back for other dishes.

We visited Hey Griller to celebrate my partners birthday. We were treated to an amazing array of food with attentive and friendly staff. It was a truly wonderful evening

Steak was good but the skewers wernt. Would go back for a main meal. Salad was nice the dressing was good:-) 3 out of 5
