Server was clearly irritated by a slamming door in the wind, the door slammed at least every 30 seconds and each time a chat of wind came through- totally miserable experience Food was ok but for a place famed for its ribs I found them dry and very little meat. Wings were over sauced and the brisket was salty and fatty. Coleslaw was delicious though and the beer selection excellent. Overall very disappointed great idea let down by execution

Service was terrible. Uber orders get priority and dine in customers are left waiting. Have heard this is very common with this place since sharing my experience with friends.

Service was polite. Ordered a full rack of ribs. Ribs were dry and lucky to get two bites off each one. Chicken Caesar salad.... Tons of lettuce, no bacon, half a dozen small bites of chicken.... Salad had tomato and capsicum! I hate capsicum so salad was inedible. The only thing that made it Ceasar was the dressing.

Just the time for a family catch-up, and in the right place.

Poor service, understaffed and over charged for items we ordered and they did not have in stock. Food was excellent. The night was saved by new waitress arriving. Just a bad night and we could not get second round of drinks so went to the Albion Hotel.

Our table had a good mix or burgers, wings and BBQ. All were awesome. Crazy Hot wings were..... well crazy. Stand out for me was the Smokey BBQ cheeseburger.... big, juicy patty, great tasting BBQ sauce.... delicious.

Good and friendly service, good atmosphere, good food, good craft tap beers, ordered Texas chilli fries, burrito and bbq cheeseburger were all great tasting and generous size and very reasonable prices...only small issue was they did not have Sierra Nevada pale ale available as per the menu. Otherwise would have given perfect score..will definitely make this a regular go to place

The food was so good! Wings were crispy but not dry and the bbq sauce on them was lick your fingers good. I went with a larger group and the waitress was so friendly and even suggested that we buy the whole cherry pie, so of course we did. It was my boyfriends birthday so they even put candles and sparklers on it. The pie itself was delicious!! I don’t even like cherry pie but decided to try it (I mean, we had a whole pie :)) and it was unlike any cherry pie I’d ever tasted. The crust was the perfect amount of crunchy and the filling was so good. I don’t think I’ll eat cherry pie anywhere else but here. Friendly staff and delicious food, we will definitely be back to try the whole menu!!

Usually only get here for dinner which is always great. This time we went for lunch which offers a good selection of quick meals. The lunch menu is full of burgers and snacks so you have to look carefully to make sure that you don't miss the brisket or pork lunch special which are great value and very filling.

Food was ok but service was terrible. Forgot entree and then made up 2 different excuses for why. Seems like they were more attentive to Uber Eats than the customers dining in the restaurant

Took my son there for his 16th, ribs were awesome and they have the best smoked brisket in Brisbane - great service and fantastic atmosphere - live music would top it off :)

As a diagnosed coeliac, I was super happy with the service and extra time taken by the staff at Hudson Corner to ensure what I was eating was safe. They also treated my partner, whose birthday it was, to a free brownie! Food was delicious, very happy to recommend to people with dietary restrictions! Thanks, we will be back!

Good price for the portions of food. Great Ale Great Customer Service The only reason it’s not a 6/6 is that, I didn’t enjoy the meat patty on the Burger and that’s just a personal objection. Don’t let it stop others from enjoying the Burger and Ale experience.

Well prepared American bbq food, huge smoked ribs, tasty pulled pork, fantastic brisket ,sauces galore , chicken wings nice, massive chip servings, fresh average salads, 3 USA beers on tap and good range of craft bottled beer. Noisy old qld cottage and comfortable decor, friendly staff , gets busy , full house in Sunday so go to bar for refills, very nice evening worth a visit, yeaha!
