The venue has a modern and welcoming feel. Service was prompt and the overall experience felt polished without being pretentious.

Regards Service-welcome Service was lovely. Because we were sitting up the far end, seemed like we had to wave to somebody to get service each time.

the extra hot chocolate was luke warm, the coffee was the same and near flavourless, the food was OK. We've been there many times before and had a great experience - something's happened and we wont be going back again

The food was beautiful but I did ask for a different table and booked it but people were sitting there when we arrived. I did expect our table - with reserved sign there.

Great food and wait times for food and drinks were good when we sat down, once we received our food/drink it was hard to get services at our table again, had to yell out to get someones attention.
