HUX Grill Penrith

I've dined quite a bit at Hux and the food is always good. This particular night the service was awful. The only time anyone came to our table without prompting was to deliver the meals and even then one of the meals wasn't delivered until half hour later.

Ribs were great but kids meals steak and burger we burnt however they still ate it as we're hungry as there meals came out after the ribs, not earlier

The food is amazing one of the best steaks I have eaten I will be back to eat more the ribs r to die for

Great food, great service. Tried both the seafood and the steak, and they were both delicious. Our party of five was seated straight away as per our booking, drinks offered regularly, food came quickly.

We were happy with out meals service was good the only thing I could say was bad was my hubby's steak was just warm and so was his gravy would have liked his steak hot !!

Very long time for food to come out. We had simple orders, longest steak was asked to be cooked M-R and took over an hour. We had schnitzels on order and still took over and hour. The restaurant was not at full capacity and staff needed more training on customer relations. It was below average.

Fantastic Place! The food was so delicious, service was fantastic and atmosphere brilliant. Definitely a place to try and will be back often. Keep it up

Great ribs, sauce was fantastic, definitely worthy of a few licks of my fingers. Husband had rack of lamb he loved it. Friend had steak was ok. Service was ok, had to call to the girls a few times for different things

I can't speak highly enough about this restaurant! The food is always cooked to perfection whatever meal you choose from the exquisite menu.The staff are very polite and efficient and the restaurant has a great ambience.We visited this restaurant many times and are never disappointed. Great work guys

My second time to Hux Grill and the food was amazing again! Staff were friendly and the owner even checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking.

Awesome food, great service, meals brought out quickly. Music a little too loud though, you have to have a very loud conversation. Other than that its great!

The food was great and so was the service but the music was FAR too loud. We could hardly hear each other across the table

The food was good but they totally missed a meal and when we asked about it we were told they were plating it up. Then after we had all finished the missing meal finally arrived. We did not end up worrying about it and that person did not eat. Very disappointing service.

Got the ribs, they fell off the bone and tasted amazing. Bit of a wait on the food but was worth it, will be going back again

The Ribs are the best in Sydney, with the rib share platter being excellent value for money. Fast and efficient service always. A must go for any meat lovers.

Outstanding night, the team at Hux Grill were very welcoming and the meals A+. Would recommend this restaurant in a heart beat. Thanks Hux Grill, we will be returning again soon.

Lovely meal, will dine there again. Shared the ribs platter for two but could easily have had that between three people 👍🏽 Service was good.

Always great service and food very professional take my hat off to this hard working family quite often see mum and Bub in the restaurant and working to keep customers happy jay is lovely and they go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. Thank you for bringing a decent restaurant back to Penrith !

A friend had raved about the wagyu steak from a previous visit. We purchased the shared sample meal and all found the steak to be dry and over cooked. I mentioned it to one of the staff and nothing was done about it. Very disappointed.

The food was absolutely divine, the staff were all so friendly. We will definitely be back so we can try more of the menu 👌🏼

We booked a special Octoberfest dinner on the 12th August, almost 2 months prior to the date. Staff called to confirm the reservations on the date of the booking (8th October), all was confirmed for our arrival at 7.45pm, We arrived around 7:30pm to ensure we were there to greet our guests, they could not find our booking, fortunately for us the lady who called was there and confirmed we had a booking, they quickly arranged a table for us. No drink orders were taken for some time, 6 of 8 had arrived by 8:15, and we still no drink order was taken until we flagged a waiter. All guests had arrived by 8:30. We ordered the banquet, we waiting for over an hour for our entrée of one piece of garlic bread each, then another 15mins for the other entrée component chicken wings again one piece each. We waiting again for the mains around 30mins or so, they apologized and offered a round of drink, but wait you guessed it waiting again must have been 15-20 mins before they were served. Mains served, it was good but I cannot say great, previous times I have eaten there the food was great. The menu clearly said 3 course including pork knuckles schnitzels bratwurst sauerkraut German beers apple and cherry strudels, when we asked about the beer we were told no not included, however they could for those who wanted could change the desert for a beer. Overall average experience and poor service particularly compared to our previous visits which were great, if this was my first time it would be unlikely I would return.

Every time I come I have had an enjoyable and delicious experience. The staff are friendly and know the menu well. The food was delicious as always and it is a big serving which fills me up! All around our table people were happy with their meals and the way the food especially the meat was cooked. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants 😊

Amazing food as always great service and always a great price !

The steak was undone to what was ordered and the quality of the meat did not match the price charged. However the burgers were very good though. Service was pleasant but a bit slow.

A very nice meal, terrific steak very well cooked. Certainly one, if not the best steak dinner I've had. Good service from attentive & friendly staff. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Waitresses were super friendly! However they seemed to forget small things eg table water. For how busy they were service was prompt, and food was DELICIOUS!!!

Greatly enjoyed my time at Hux grill. Service was lightning fast and the food was nice. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Food came out quick also

love going to his grill meat is always cooked so we'll we really enjoy it highly recommend it to anyone that love a good steak

Lovely food, we were surprised and delighted to be located in the private dining area, something special for the bday girl, also great for the kids and for the adults who didn't want to miss out on footy finals. Thanks HUX Grill!

Waited a long time for the meal to come and food was average after the anticipation of it being good we were very disappointed probably wouldn't go back

Great food and wine and staff are very friendly and service is very prompt and they are always topping up drinks if needed, all in all a great night

Staff were friendly and the food was amazing. What more could you ask for... I had the grilled salmon and was cooked perfectly. Will definitely recommend this place. Pricing was reasonable for a good size dish. Go check it out.

I didn't like the good at all. The ribs had no flavor the chicken was burnt the salad had half a cherry tomato. My husbands medium to rare 6 score steak was chewy. The only thing I liked were the chips. You would think for the price it would be perfect

Very friendly staff and excellent service during the night. Wonderful steaks and the ribs also look amazing. We didn't order them this time but definately will next time!

The staff were friendly and the food on a whole was good. The pork belly entre let them down. The crackle was soft . Also the wine selection was poor. No nice wines. But we did enjoy
