Ichirin Japanese Food

I dined at Ichirin on Saturday with a friend. We ordered edamame as our entree but it came last 1 hour later. We were so full by then and couldn’t eat it. Also, the pot that served our hot green tea was so heavy.

Small, elegant and amazing food that the rest of Japanese Perth can only envy.

Ichirin has always been our favourite restaurant to go to, never disappoints us in anyway. The food is fabulous, it is worth on every single penny you spend.

Really enjoyed it. Plan to go back. Thought the tempura was a bit greasy.

For the first time we’ve tried Ichirin. We had Gozen Bento (one of each) they were very fresh and very. Shared Matcha ice cream for desert it was delicious too! It is authentic Japanese! We will definitely go back and try Omakase next time.

We enjoyed every aspect of our visit to Ichirin. Staff were helpful and efficient. They were particularly attentive to my need for gf dishes and served the most delicious rankin cod with a potato starch coating. My favourite dish was the miso eggplant - the most subtle exquisite flavours. Good choice of seafood dishes along with excellent sashimi. Walnut icecream perfect to round off our meal. Such reasonably priced delicious meal. Take your own alcohol if desired. It’s a very small space so book ahead! You will be delighted.

It was my first time.. I ordered King Snapper fish teriyaki, and my son had the bento. Both dishes were nice, the seafood was fresh. We really enjoyed. Will visit again.
