GD food .....great service ....would go again and recommend to others .

A full house and not enough staff to good with the volume. I had to call over staff even for a bottle of water, let alone to order and then it took an hour to arrive. Food was good when it arrived.

Food ,service was worth the visit, we will return. I thought the seating along the wall was to close together, but after getting use to that it was fine. Wiukd recommended to others

Can be a little bit boisterous indoors (especially when the rain packs the place), but the mains are tasty with wines that match well.

Our party of 7 arrived and found the restaurant almost empty as people were sitting outside. We were fine with this as we could all hear each other speak! The lamb ragout, which 5 of us had was delightful. The service was very good with the staff happy and pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our night and will return again one day soon.

Close to lots going on and service was friendly and speedy

The food was decent, but let down by poor service. We had to ask for enough serviettes for our table (because we didn't particularly want to share a single one), a drinks menu and sufficient cutlery for the whole table. Not a great effort. Having eaten here several times previously, I expect much better.

I thorough enjoyed our experience. The steak was fantastic given the low cost (and I’m fussy!). The service was a little slow given a quiet lunch, but still, I’d return nonetheless.

While the food was fine the bill (not requested) was slapped on our table after a period of time and it was made very clear it was time to go. When I approached the owner/manager to give feedback on this it was not well received. I will not return to this venue.

An average restaurant with prices that don’t match up with the service provided. Food is ok but when you’re putting a 10% surcharge on a Saturday night, I would have expectations that you would be served with some sort professional staff. Watched other tables be served who arrived after our table and then told “oh but we are busy” Too many other places to eat at in the city who would be happy to take my $220. Will be searching for another Italian next time.

The food was ok nothing spectacular and the menu was not extensive and for the price I would have expected more. The wait staff were attentive and the location is good.

I had booked a table earlier in the week, unfortunately traffic caused us to run late. Because of this I called to advise we would be late. On arrival I explained this and we were sat outside?? I find it unusual to be sat outside even though I had made a booking. Disappointing.

It was very busy and understaffed for a Friday night at 6 pm. We have been there a number of times and it has been ok. After waiting half an hour for our drinks I went and got them off the bar, not the bar mans fault, he was doing a great job. The pizzas were great too.

I always have enjoy the food here but our waitress was sloppy, completely unhelpful. We ordered drinks that didn’t arrive, her explanation was that she couldn’t understand us. We were all English speaking Australians. Then we asked for a round of drinks. Only the second round of drinks for the night and she brought us the bill!

We found it a little bit noisy, but otherwise good.

The waitress was very accommodating in giving us our choice of seating. Our family of four enjoyed the Veal Saltimbocca, pumpkin pizza, piccante pizza and carbonara. We had a refreshing Italian-origin Pinot Grigio and beer. The desserts were wonderful. We enjoyed the peach and prossecco sorbet with it's sophisticated flavour and smooth texture, the classic tiramisu had well balanced flavours, and the perfectly creamy pana cotta contrasted with the slightly tart raspberry coulis topping. I would definitely recommend Il Pom for any occasion!

Food very good but service was very poor. Staff all standing around talking to each other and not serving customers. I had to go to the counter a couple of times to request service.

Received meal but had to wait another 4 mins for cutlery. Ordered wine when meal came and it turned up nearly as we had finished our meal plus they bought the wrong wine. The correct wine was then bought out at no charge. Staff where lovely but delays in receiving what your ordered was slow. Food was okay but nothing to rave about.

Great venue, excellent food and engaging waiters. Friendly courteous service from all staff, understanding that we were not in a rush, and just wanted to enjoy ourselves, with good food and drink. All up a great night

Food was great , we were going to an early show so service was quick and good.Only thing they booked our table by the door we asked to move this was not a problem staff were very helpful.Will return really enjoyed the experience. Sue.

It was lovely food and excellent service. We went for a special mother's day lunch and were not disappointed. The Prawn Pizza was amazing. Highly recommended.

This was my second visit to this restaurant and both times excellent service and great food. We didn't have to wait very long for our meals and staff constantly refilling water jugs. Very happy.

Service was good, staff were friendly but, chicken parmigiano was served up raw! Not just a little under done... uncooked! They bought out another dish to eat while meal was redone (which he didn't want), & still charged full price for meal. And, after biting into raw parma, my guest was quite put off eating the next one so really didn't enjoy his meal at all. Pity...the rest of their food was delicious! Have been here many times but probably wont go back!

Great location. We just love Fed Square. Food was excellent and the service impeccable. The waiting staff were very attentive. We will definitely be back.
