Menu has changed but still good food ! Will be going back !

We love having dinner here. The food is always so good.

The family comes here regularly and we love it! Kids love the tempura seafood, beef tataki and sashimi salmon!

Food are very tasty and fresh. Staff are friendly too. We will definitely come back again.

The food was okay but we ordered tempura seafood but they brought out tempura vegetables and tried to get us to eat it. We had to reorder food also because they forgot that we ordered it. The fried squid tentacles were delicious.

Foods good, and value for money, otherwise it is pretty typical of an all you can eat type restaurant.

Service was fast.But menu selection seemed to have changed and lessen since our last visit. Sad they didn't try to keep up especially now there is a competitor round the corner in chirnside..probably now the choices and quality in both establishments are similar and yet so much cheaper in the competitor. It was also half filled on a saturday night when it used to be so crowded previously.

Tried nearly everything! Wonderful variety. We left feeling very satisfied. Fast friendly service. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Not noisy so we could have a conversation and hear one another without other people hearing us. The kind of atmosphere that inspired plans for travel and reconnection.

We have visit Isshin Japanese restaurant numerous times and have introduced a number of our friends to this great place. Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff are are friendly and attentive making sure that the food continues to arrive at your table in a timely manner. Have never left this restaurant hungry or disappointed.

Food is always fabulous even though they have removed the best thing off the menu the quail egg. Thought I had a 2 hour dinner experience but they told us after an hour this was our last order? Clearly not all you can eat

Delicious food, perfect quantities and just the right amount of options! We got the all you can eat and because japanese is relatively healthy and light we felt great and not bloated at all after our meal! Service was also great :)

THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT AND THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC AND WE LOVE THE ALL YOU CAN EAT CONCEPT. THEY REALLY COULD DO WITH ONE MORE STAFF MEMBER THOUGH. NOT SURE IF IT WAS A ONE OFF BUT THERE WAS ONLY TWO STAFF MEMBERS TRYING TO CATER TO NEARLY A RESTAURANT FULL OF PEOPLE. THE FOOD CAME OUT QUITE FAST BUT IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET DRINKS. I ACTUALLY NOTICED A COUPLE BE SEATED AND THEN LEAVE ABOUT 10 MIN LATER. I GUESS THEY HADN'T BEEN SERVED? WE WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE IT ANOTHER GO THOUGH AS WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR MEAL.

We love isshin Japanese house. We come here almost every week. Sometimes twice a week. Our favourites are the beef tataki and the sushimi salmon! Even the kids!

The food is always amazing every time I have been there. The service is great as well. Never had a complaint everytime I have been.

The food was delicious. However it seemed a little under staffed for a busy valentines night. But food still came out quickly and good quality

Lovely food and plenty of variety to choose from. The smaller serves are great so that you are able to try many different things off the menu.

Great food- fast delicious and plenty of it. Yummo. We’re regulars and even my fussy brother was impressed. Don’t expect high dining, but all the favourites are there, and gyoza are the best I’ve had.

Great food, with great variety. Love tasting many dishes. Couple of orders mixed up with other table, but overall really enjoy eating there. Cost was reasonable. Atmosphere was pleasant and cosy.
