overall an awesome place for catching up with friends. may not be very kids friendly, but it's ok as they liked their noodle.

Wanting really good Japanese food and, dining alone, not fussy about ambience, James Parker satisfied my criteria perfectly. Nothing wrong with the room but like most Japanese restaurants not much design or decor but the food was outstanding

We got two seats by the sushi bar which we enjoyed very much getting to see the chefs at work up close. The food here is excellent and their otoro nigiri is noteworthy. We enjoyed our experience here and are looking forward to coming back.

Try the traditional Japanese dishes - they are fantastic! Good tap and bottled Japanese beers, too.

We went to this restaurant for our daughter's birthday. She was glad to have some delicious dinner and we felt so happy!

Too expensive and the sea urchin(uni) was not fresh at all. The best food that I had was eel rice.

Interior lighting too dark to read the menus and the food was pretty average. The service/hospitality was not up to par and we felt very rushed as the next group of guests arrived early and we were asked to pay the bill before we finished our meal. All in all, a very disappointing dining experience.

I will miss this place a lot! Your shoes are too big too fill. Thank you James Parker and staff for all the fond memories.

Food was excellent as usual so was the cleanliness in the restaurant. The service was disappointing this time unfortunately. Food is always fresh and time waiting worth it! Will be back and hoping for a more pleasant experience.
