Requested not to receive our mains until instructed as we had ordered tapas and wanted to enjoy our food alowly. All came out straight away and the waiter was rude about it. Two drinks orders got lost and final straw was we ordered a baileys on ice and it was the smallest glass I’ve ever seen maybe even a shot size? Disappointing because we usually enjoy Joseph Jones for dinner...

Yeah love Jose’s but an extra 15% for the PH when the service was lacking as it was chocka block made the bill ridiculous.. Definitely WONT go again on PH. They can stick extra 15% where sun don’t shine. Selina

Not our first visit. But was notcawarevit was a Mexican night special when i booked. Mexican is mot my favourite

So very disappointing. Both the punch and the ocean/seafood Buddha bowl were not available yet they're advertised on your website. The Buddha bowl with pork belly I had was doused with so much soy sauce it was way too salty that I could barely eat it, and the latte I'd asked to be extra extra hot please was barely hot and too milky. Not good at all I'm afraid.

Delicious food, excellent service, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this local gem.

Always a great experience eating at Jose Jones. As a regular patron, the staff know our preferences and service is always top notch. We eat the Buddha bowl with pork. Absolutely awesome and consistent as always. Pork was slow cooked, moist and full of flavour. Already booked again for our next date night! Thanks Jose Jones for never disappointing!

The food was nice but we had to wait more than an hour for our mains as they were forgotten. No discount or free drink etc was offered to make up for it either. I don’t think we will be back.

Great early dinner before a concert in Thirroul. Meals were large servings and good value. Drinks however were a bit expensive at $12 for a glass of wine.

The atmosphere really makes this place! The wine and cocktails we had were fabulous, the food overall was high quality, however I was disappointed by the gluten free bread which was used as a substitute in meals. It is not high quality bread and was made way too dry for the purpose it was meant to be. I’d suggest researching some good gf breads or other good alternatives.

Food and location was amazing. The most disappointing thing was probably that the cheesy cob loaf wasn’t actually a hollowed out cob loaf but just cheesy garlic bread... a bit sad but that’s also a good indication for how amazing everything else was!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Everyone went over and above for us.

My husband and I regularly eat at Jose. The staff know our drinks and our tastes in food. We tried the fish tacos from the Specials board because it was suggested by the staff. No regrets. The food was hot and came to us quickly served on a wooden board. Washed down a glass or rose, beer for the husband. Can’t go wrong. You won’t be disappointed.

Great cocktails, food and service! Although it was a wet rainy night, we were accommodated quite comfortably with a large umbrella and plenty of attention.

Awesome as usual, my chicken was tender, salad and crunchy potatoes with a maple yogurt yummo. Service is impeccable and staff are so accommodating. 😊

Food and service were good. The German waitress Lisa was excellent. Our two friends were held up in traffic and we had ordered their meals. She immediately suggested keeping them in a warmer until they arrived. Our friends were surprised and delighted when they were served up hot. Good all round and nice atmosphere with good music.
