When i arrived there was only two staff that were running around i finally managed to stop one of them they had no record of a booking so showed me to a table which was fine. The other guests arrived we asked for some water it took three attempts and at least 20 mins to arrive. A lady who was running the bar side took our drink and food orders. The menu you sent me is way out of date and the actual menu is quite expensive. The food was okay, nothing wonderful the steak special is the same as you would get at a pub for half the price. After waiting so long to visit we wont go back, we actually considered walking away, we understand they were ubderstaffed but that wasnt our issue

Found the restaurant very accessible from Milton Station with good service and excellent staff

From the moment we arrived, everything was subpar. We were seated quickly and courteously but weren't offered water to start, where other tables were. There was a long delay for our drink and food order to be taken, which we did at the same time because of the wait. Our booking was for 5pm so the restaurant wasn't busy yet. Our drinks took awhile to arrive and the meal took forever and when they arrived my pork belly skin was soft and chewy rather than crackly. I couldn't eat it. My potato dish was cold and under cooked. We ordered the Valentines meringue dessert and it was just cream with a small amount of meringue and the seasonal fruit was 1/2 a strawberry and a teaspoon of passion fruit. The wait staff were disinterested and while they hovered around, didn't ask if we wanted anything often enough, nor asked if anything was wrong with our meals when we clearly hadn't finished them when we left. We won't be coming back and we'll be advising others to dine somewhere else.

Had a wonderful night. The food was amazing. Was a little noisy. Staff were friendly and attentive. Was just a little disappointed that the menu was shortened due to an event being held at Suncorp. But totally understand that the kitchen needed to make things easier for service.

Entree on point! I went for scallops and my partner went for the prawns both were good! I went for the penne amatriciana really nice the amount of chilli on point although a little too much oil. Partner in crime went for the steak with a Moreton bay bug. The bug was a little dry although I think if it was served not on a wooden board and the garlic butter had been poured over the bug it might have been different, his chips looked a little sad but the steak was delicious! I went for the sticky date pudding and he went for the Nutella pancakes. Now sticky date was lovely maybe a little rubbery if I was being picky but it did top my night! Nutella pancakes a little too much Nutella. Service was good

The service was friendly and professional and the food was absolutely delicious. We were there for my daughters birthday and I misunderstood the birthday deal, however the manager was very kind and still removed the charge for my daughters meal. Overall, it was a really lovely dining experience.

We waited for nearly an hour for hour meals, a pizza a 2 chicken meals, hour meals arrived only when we raised our concerns of our waiting time, the meals where clearly prepared but they had no clue which table it belong too, by the time we they gave us our food it was not warm/hot, will not be going there again, I've been there before many years ago and the customer service was one of a kind, this time very disappointing, would not recommend, rather go to Mccas down the road.

Two people had pasta dishes (amatriciana and fettucine con pollo: perfect!). Two had the lamb (Agnello al Forno), and the oven roasted lamb rump was underdone, and the vegetables bordering on raw : edible, but not really what I expected for $40 a plate :-( The table service was prompt and attentive and pleasant. A tip for staff when clearing the table: don't stack used plates one on top of the other at the table in front of someone who has just finished dining. We asked for, and got, a table "inside" (under cover), and the ambience was very nice. Quiet enough for our table of four to converse without raising our voices.
