Good and service was the best we have had in years

Shared four tapas dishes and enjoyed every single one of them. Beautiful wines to match as well.

The food is amazing - as always. The service reflects that nicely. They’re attentive, kind and always helpful. I really can’t fault food or service - the only shame is the time limit on our table, I know it’s not servers faults as it’s a business choice to make as much money on the night as possible to keep up with bills, wages ect but it really dampens the atmosphere when guests are put on a timer and then rushed out of their seats for the next lot of people. We had a reservation for 5:45 and needed to leave at 7:15. Again it’s understandable especially on the weekend but in future we will probably keep our visits to during the week and go elsewhere on weekends. But again, I can’t fault food or service, although a short visit it was nice. Thank you team.

We should have ordered mains as the tapas options we had were pretty ordinary. Pork ribs were very good but the meatballs and suckling pig weren’t up to scratch.

We had the Porchetta and a gluten free pizza. Usually GF pizza bases are like cardboard but this was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Service was attentive and the servers were lovely. Food was AMAZING!!! Been looking for a favorite Italian restaurant and we just found it!!

It’s always a great experience. The food is absolutely amazing. It’s our favourite Italian. If I had to give 1 fault it would be that the food actually came out befor our drinks. However I understand there was only the one woman behind the bar and my wife ordered a mocktail so it’s fine.

We have visited Locale Mio for many years, since it opened in Guildford it has been our 'go to' favourite Italian restaurant, and always really enjoyed the food, service, friendly staff and the overall vibe. However last night several things were amiss - our entrees took half an hour to be served, we had to chase our mains (mine was the Chicken Roulade and it was far too salty and really dry, that I left most of it). We were dished our mains without cutlery and needed to once again call over the waitress. It was such a shame as we have loved Locale Mio and often recommended it to friends and family but I'm not sure we will be heading back anytime again soon.

We were disappointed that we were unable to order pizza. It is a fair chunk of the menu and the reason we went, but pizza was not available. I felt for our waitress, as she bore the brunt of the disappointment of one of the patrons at our table. We do understand that things happen, but had we not turned up to our booking, there would have been wrath from the restaurant to us. Also, when I cut into my mozzarella fritter, it exploded over me, with a watery milk, and it wasn't the best. The meatballs were nice but a little salty. I have been many times before, but I'm not sure if this visit might be my last.

A wonderful evening and meal. Staff were very accommodating in adding extra people at the last minute, which was very much appreciated and the food once again was delicious.

Excellent, attentive service as always by two lovely young ladies who always make us feel welcome! Absolutely sensational slow cooked ribs with blue potato chips with aioli and a rather large Contadina Pizza, my husband loved it!! Shared the Cannolo with pistachio nuts for dessert. We cannot wait to come back and see you again soon. Thank you.

Food was delicious, atmosphere was good, restaurant looked really nice. The service wasn't brilliant. Twice we had to call people over to place our order. Once our order was placed it arrived quickly. The staff were friendly and polite, they just looked very busy and a bit run off their feet.

Absolutely divine! We’ve had take away pizzas before which were amazing but decided to dine in this time. We had the flat bread, mozzarella balls, eggplant parmigiana, potato cake, tiramisu and creme brulee ! Could not fault a single thing, all item were delicious ! We have already decided we need to come back and try more on the menu ! And superb service! Very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was great, music and noise weren’t too loud so we could enjoy conversation even with a full restaurant. We also dined with a baby/pram which they were super accommodating to the space. :) Thanks team! We will be back !

Omg, the food was just divine. We started with my favorite burrata. So delicious. We selected few tapas - hot, cold and fried, and salad. We were comfortably full. All food fresh and very good, service quick, polite. Definitely will come again.

Delicious pizza, especially the Andria (Yum!). Staff were friendly too. Great night out for my dads birthday.
