Food was great -something different and delicious. Best Sangria and Espresso Martin's. Noisey but good atmosphere. Kids were welcomed. Service was good and all staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are very welcoming. Food was great also. We went for an early dinner so it wasn't too crowded. We stayed and watched the footy and it was an all round good night. Thanks!

Laid back vibe and some great food options. BBQ platter easily feeds four with some sides, and the burgers are huge. #parenttip - Grab an early reservation if you're bringing little people.

A friendly ,laid back place with a great menu. Melt in the mouth BBQ which is a real treat after the same old menus . The tasting plate is brilliant

Awesome little bar in the mall. Food is amazing - we had a group of ten and everyone loved their meals. Staff were really accommodating too.

The food was great (we had the share platters) and there was a good selection of drinks. However, it was very noisy and difficult to hear the other people at our table. The service staff were not friendly.

Low and Loftys has great food along with a great atmosphere. The all you can eat Yum Cha on a Thursday is a super deal, well worth it.

Always spot on. We've almost eaten our way through the menu. The ribs are still my favorite and the Watermelon Jar cocktail is really good.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was good, very relaxed. The meals were quite big and well priced. I would recommend others to go there.

Food and drinks order was quite slow to come out to the table and many of the 'to share' items from the menu were unavailable

Service was a bit mixed, hard to get attention for drinks, had to ask 3 times for the bill. The food was good but again a little mixed. Definitely what the shire needs, but needs a little work.

Great place, great food, great drinks and beers on tap. Had a table for 13 and they did split bill. Little mix up with the order but overall very good experience.

Great atmosphere and even better food! Would highly recommend, especially as a venue for larger groups as the set up of the restaurant is catered for this

It was our first time to Lou & Lofty. We will be back for sure. The tasting platter was a perfect intro to what this place has to offer. Honestly it was some of the best BBQ we have had in Syd! I personally think the brisket is way better then the brisket at Hartsyard. This place is a shire gem for cocktails & BBQ meats

Poor service - had to clear our own table when we arrived and get our own menus. Waitress finally came to take our order and then come back 3 times to double check what we ordered. Had to ask for water for the table. Waited over an hour for our entree to arrive. No apologies or explications from staff about the delay. Not a particularly busy night either
