Quick service, amazing selection of food and cocktails Highly recommend

Arrived to a buzzing atmosphere on Valentines night, staff were very friendly and made two visiting brits feel right at home, even presented with a rose which was very thoughtful. I had a GF pizzza which had a lovely base and my husband said his pork ribs were the best he had eaten in years. Unfortunately due to portion size of the mains we were unable to Sample desserts but the Cabernet Sauvignon and Coronavirus were delicious, would definitely recommend for a fun night out.

Amazing Italian gem a stone's throw from Town Hall. The servings are huge and flavourful. On top of that, the staff is friendly and accommodating. For a date, a group reunion, or yourself, don't miss out.

We absolutely loved our first time visit to Macchiato. As we were going to The Capitol Theatre, we wanted to eat before the play. So I did a search of nearby places to eat & I liked what was on the menu. The online booking process was easy. The man who greeted us at the door was familiar with my booking communication as I mentioned we might be a little late but would definitely be there as we were going to the Theatre. The service was fantastic. Nothing was difficult, our GF choice of Pizza was delicious. The ambiance was great. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We will be back...

Pizza toppings were miniscule and flavorless. Crust was good but way too pricey for value

Relaxing vibe, friendly staff, great food and good value overall! We really like the chicken funghi pizza and tiramisu classico. Pork ribs are tender and juicy. Bigger portion than we expected so we took some home. Liked it very much and would definitely visit again.

We were a table of 3 and the caprese and colognes came out fast but alas the third persons pizza came when we were finished. We were told 5 minutes wait when ours dropped off however after 10 minutes we asked the waitress who went and checked and she said it had only just gone into the oven and it would be another 5 to 7 minutes. It was 10 minutes. Not the best to not eat together.

Fabulous restaurant! The staff were fantastic- pleasant, helpful and happy. The food was delicious- warning very big meals. We had dinner and drinks, went to our show then returned for desert. Highly recommend.

The food was fantastic, and the waiter was very accommodating when I said I couldn't eat garlic. However, it was REALLY noisy! Probably because it's popular - you can't have everything!

Easy booking online. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table straight away. Great service by all the staff around , place was busy, but everything was efficiently ran. Great tasting and wide variety of Italian cuisine. Well done Macchiato team.

Quick and efficient service despite how busy it was. Food was great, especially the pizza, arancini and affogato. The salad needed less dressing and cheese. The pizza needed more cheese. The tiramisu did not seem fresh. Otherwise an enjoyable, tasty meal.

We had an amazing night and can’t be more positive! All 7 of our party had different meals, desserts and drinks and they were all amazing - taste, presentation, portion size! Our server was outstanding, well timed, polite, funny, knowledgeable and thoughtful. We will definitely be back and would recommend 1000%

Overall great experience. It was very busy when we went but, despite that, we received attentive and pleasant service, and the foods and drinks were amazing.

I love Macchiato. They have increased the prices which is alright and still okay, because the food is so yummy!! The seafood prawn pasta was the greatest we’ve ever tasted, and I really liked my eye fillet. However, I always take the steak well done which sometimes unfortunately means it’s a bit dry because there is a fine line before going too well cooked. Still, the taste with the peppercorn sauce was so great and I would love to have it again soon. Always good to visit. One minus was that the chairs and the sofa next to the kitchen were not comfy. Owner was so nice and looked like really taking care of the staff.

We arrived earlier than our booking time and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a busy Sunday evening and the house was full. The drinks and food were served quick and fast. Everything was delicious. A very pleasant dining experience!
