Every time I visit I am so happy with the service, food and atmosphere. The lighting is a bit dim, creating a more intimate vibe. The food is very delicious

So the food tasted fine, and the service was acceptable but not impressive. The issue is that we took one of our meals in a takeaway box since it was far from being done, and when eating it the following day there was a sizeable bug inside the lasagne. Not just on the surface but embedded inside of it. If not for that I'd just say it's a generally overpriced downtown restaurant as most of them seem to be.

Great meal and quick service even on a busy Friday night

It was the first time coming to macchiato and because I’m italian I was expecting a good quality of pizza based on the reviews I had read on Google, but the service really surprised me. 4 different pizzas arrived in less than 10min and the quality was amazing. The Cornicione was really big presenting excellent little “bubbles” from the levitation of the dough. It was really closed to what we call “pizza napoletana”. The waitress was so kind and she manage to stay above our expectations. Thank you for the wonderful night!!

Food was excellent and always enjoy the vibrancy of the restaurant. The service of the waiter felt a bit under standard. He seemed a bit disinterested and rushed.

Fast enough service for dinner at the Capitol theatre down the road. The toilets needed a refresh and the sinks were leaking and the doors were sticking.

Waiter have poor customer service unprofessional , we ordered coffee the waitress didn’t give us milk so we asked her she look grumpy! Waited .. but she never bring us the milk! So we asked again so finally the other waiter gave us the milk.

We were a large table of 11 for a birthday. The food came quickly, we continued to order drinks through the course of our meal. The waitstaff were attentive and lovely. Great experience!

Overall, the experience was okay. The pizza toppings were good, but the base was hard to cut with the knives provided. It would be great to have sharper knives for cutting the pizza.

The food was delicious, the waiters were professional. The only issue we had was that it was a hot night and there was very little in the way of air con. Otherwise, would definitely recommend!

We loved the food and the service - as always. One issue we faced was that they either did not have an aircon or it was not working, and we felt that it was quite uncomfortable as it has been over 40 degrees during the day. Still, we really love the food and the atmosphere so we will be back, but perhaps on a cooler day. Thank you.

The jug of long Island ice it is really watered down. Cost nearly $70 for mainly cola and ice and a touch of spirits. Service was ok but slow to be honest. Food was a 6 out of 10. Pizza was very salty. Hopefully they can improve
