Slow to serve, we sat near the serving station, I watched my meal sit at the serving station for some time waiting for the other meal… the waiter tried to deflect this onto me - which was not cool.

Food and ambience of restaurant was great. The margarita pizza was excellent. The pizzas came out quickly. The service was less than average. All meals didn’t come out. Asked several times for missing meals. When missing meals came, waitress dumped them on end of the table despite indicating who the meals were for. No one came back to table to check or organise the bill. Went up to cashier to pay. At least 3 guests were lined up waiting to pay. Waited a considerable time to be served. Gentleman who settled the bill was very friendly and apologised for the poor service and delays. He provided a bag of coffee to take away as acknowledgment for the poor service, this was much appreciated and a kind gesture.

Our first time here and it was totally amazing! The pizzas are Devine so light and fluffy. We were early for our reservation but we were seated anyways despite being quite busy, the place was buzzing. Definitely b back!

Always such a great experience, I booked my reservation, as it’s always completely booked out on the night, the food is just Fabulous, so hot , great portions and cooked to perfection, a real bustling restaurant, I love it, great service, alway smiling and watching if you need anything, I will look forward to my next visit 😁

It was nice overall, though my table did feel a bit rushed by the staff to pay our bill and leave after we finished our meal since there was a long queue outside. It was understandable, though.

The blonde I think British guy was amazing, smiling all the time and really helpful, the girls were okay, but they could be a bit more polite when taking the order, when bringing the plates and the food, a bit rude actually. Pizza beautiful!!

Our waitress was lovely. The coffee was made incorrectly but the waitress quickly got this fixed. Lovely customer service and very yummy food.

I have been to this restaurant every time I’ve been in Sydney, and I will continue to, the service is amazing, the food is so tasty, and the prices are really decent!

Very delicious woodfire pizzas. However the overall service experience is quite odd. Have been told by the waitress that we had to order from the front counter, when there’s table service and been told no pasta orders, which is also odd.

It is a large restaurant. We were there on a busy Friday night. It was noisy but nothing that affected our own enjoyment.

The place can be noisy not only as it is popular for small/groups of people but the music does add to the noise. We did ask for a quieter table and appreciated that it was noted and we were able to have a decent conversation while enjoying our food. Thanks - food is lovely and service is great!

The food was beautiful but they wouldn't split the bill for 9 people. No one in our party could pay that up front so we had to find an atm. Drinks were expensive. When I asked the price of a drink, the service staff member said they would check. Drink arrived and they charged me $29. I wouldn't have agreed if I'd known the price.

Food was average and a little bit overpriced. Service is fast though.

Came for anniversary left disappointed at how we didn’t even manage to have our main meals together as my partner got her food 10 minutes before mine however was cold and not even like warm when she got the plate. so the plate had to be redone. Eventually mine came and by the time hers was sent back out I had about 2 mouth fulls left. Completely gutted as this place had been recommended by friends. However I don’t know if we’ll be back

We had a ladies night out enjoyed the yummy gluten free pizza great service and atmosphere ordered a red wine but they were out of stock the waitress suggested another Shiraz and so glad she did it was one of the best reds l have had 10 out of 10 from us well done! Will definitely be back
