Noise was fine outside , where we were sitting but it did seem noisy indoors. Also we loved the food but found the coffee disappointing. It's letting you down.

Second time there now and what a find! It’s the next level up for food and drinks. The rose latte with coffee shot is to die for. Sweet and leaves a hint of rose after you’ve had a mouthful. Last time I had the pistachio and berry cake which was simply amazing. Sadly it wasn’t available today. Wonderful setting and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

First time at this restaurant with a group of 4. We all really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service very much. The restaurant is in a gorgeous old house and both the inside and outside are delightful. The menu caters for a variety of palates and dietary needs. All of us intend on returning soon.

Major Mitchell had been on my to do list for so long and after finally going there it did not disappoint. Such a cute and quaint place for brunch with my bestie. Service was quick and friendly, and the coffee and food delicious! I had the chilli scramble, which was so fluffy and creamy that it melted in my mouth. Will definitely return. Hopefully next time it will be warm and sunny and we can sit outside among the beautiful rose garden and hedges.
