Malvernvale Hotel

Tables were crammed in, seemed way more than usual. I visit this pub about once a fortnight. Parma special was dreadful, like eating cardboard. It’s one thing to have a cheap offering, but maybe less volume and a little more care in preparation.

Overall a good night. Disappointed with my veal scallopine meal. Dry and not much meat. Obviously chose the wronge meal. Everyone else happy with theirs

Service was terrible staff Rude waiter just dropped our meals on the table Tables not 2 square metres apart people sitting on top of each other and staff not pulling people up for not putting on masks while going to the bar and ordering food etc the guy that was at the bar in front of me blowing his nose and the bar not being wiped down Not COVID safe never again would go to this hotel

My first meal out at a venue post lock down. I had Atlantic salmon & my partner had a Parma. AMAZING!!

Understanding the limitations, it’s a pretty dull atmosphere when the only faces you see are the ones you’ve been at home with for 7 months, with all other patrons seated outside and you the only ones inside. Food was delicious, service fine.

It is our favourite place for Chicken Parama. Nothing beats their Parama. On this occassion, we having missed an item with the parama asked for it to served. It was served without a hitch. That is service. I wanted to tip but due to Covid-19 restrictions of handling cash I refrained.
