Teppanyaki was great but the tempura was not good- it was like a normal but below par batter. Service was good.

The best teppanyakki. We have been here a few times and it’s always a winner! Very talented chefs and the seafood and steak is top notch! Great night of amazing food and fun entertainment.

On a positive note the Chef was as you would expect, great personality and very entertaining. And the original quality of the ingredients was acceptable. The problem was it was all done so fast within 30 minutes we've had $100 worth of food and you just couldn't enjoy it. What's worse, I never understand why the rice comes first. However, rice vegetables salad and soup came first all at once. Before that was finished, the vegetables were piled on the corner of the plate and then about five minutes or less. The next course was pulled on top of the vegetables., The whole concept of these things being cooked individually that they have individual flavours whereas everything was just thrown together on top of each other. I understand Teppanyaki is about waves of food but this was a tsunami. Very disappointed.

The Teppanyaki chefs were fantastic, personable, fun, entertaining and providing great tasting food. Unfortunately, they are badly let down by the wait staff. We were there on a quiet night, there were three staff for only 14 patrons and yet it was impossible to order a drink, used salad and rice bowls and empty glasses were left for the duration of our meal, not cleared at any time. One spent his entire night alternating between a) being engaged in conversations at the bar with a new female staff member and b) walking around telling patrons that he 'runs the show'. When I resorted to clearing our plates and glasses and putting them in front of him at the bar he still did not interrupt his conversation.
