The Melba at The Langham never fails to please! The buffet menu has something for every dietary requirement and personal tastes. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Not entirely their fault, but we saw the price of $85pp and was expecting to pay that. Ended up being $129 pp. Would rather the noodle dishes to be self serve as well to allow smaller serves. We couldn’t fry them due to the fact they cook up a large serve of each.

My husband and I have been taking our family every Christmas for about 15 years. Our family is growing ( grandchildren etc) and it is their highlight every year. Our 7 year old grand daughter said it was "the best day of her life" We take a family photo every year with your decorations and this year you shared it on your story( thankyou). We can not wait for next time :)

It was good. Due to it being very busy we had to ask waiters twice to fill our glasses with water. Food was average. The dessert we wanted was not available and we had to wait a while and had to get in quick before that disappeared as well.

One of our favorite restaurants. Price is expensive, but location is good.

Impressive variety of food. Happy with sashimi counter with 8 varieties including rarely found abalone and eel. Other notable food - cheesy lobster, lobster bisque, steak and lamb chops , linguine with lamb ragú cooked in front of you.

Always a fun time and lovely view at Melba. Food was fresh, varied and service by waiting staff attentive. Complimentary rosé a fancy touch for the holiday period! Entertainment vouchers still accepted here.

I feel a strict dress code should have applied,for a five star dining experience, otherwise I would have gone down the local food court, noise level was the same.

Peking was tasteless and missing spring onion in it. BBQ pork bun was bad, doesn’t taste good and it was badly done. But otherwise, the experience was good

Our recent lunch at The Langham was wonderful. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food was amazing. We were greeted warmly and our whole experience was one that we would gladly repeat soon.

Only issue was they were slow clearing the table . Also had to ask for refills on tap water

Was very good service here, but I think not suitable for those who are not having sashimi or eat raw. Beside that, I thought that have cooked abalone, but that serve raw. So I can’t have it too.

It is difficult to find the restaurant. The waitress in front of the service desk couldn’t find out our booking details. We asked if we could sit in the table that next to the window and was told that it was reserved for the customers who made a booking earlier even the manager in the restaurant said no customers can request the table when they make a reservation. The food was very average though.

Can only give it a 'GOOD' rating. The amount of seafood available is great but a bit disappointed that there are no water finger bowls to rinse fingers after peeling prawns and crab. Crab forks were supplied but nothing to crack the claw or leg shells, thus ending with husband cutting his finger on crab shell and needing a band-aid. Gnocchi with Napoli Sauce & Shaved Parmesan was very disappointing. Napoli sauce was passata with a pinch of salt & pepper, no herbs or white wine. I was taken back when I saw the shaved parmesan came out of a packet the same as what can be purchased from a supermarket - no freshly shaved parmesan. Pity the sauce let down the Gnocchi, as it was beautiful, melted in your mouth. Everything else was lovely, son was stoked that he got a complementary birthday cupcake with candle after dessert. Nice end to the evening.
