It was such an amazing experience, great food & we loved the cocktails. We all, especially the kids, enjoyed the fire show the chef put on. We will definitely be returning.

Although the theatrics were good, we felt that we were rushed with the food, we had not even started a course and the next course was brought to us. Dinner with such theatrics is to be enjoyed not rushed through, being that we were in a corner and with the pillar in the was, we could not really see the theatrics. The food there was no real taste to the food, could have done with a bit more sauce.

Great food and experience overall. Only criticism is that the service was too fast for a 12 course sit down. We were served all 12 courses in 1 hour, giving the impression they wanted to move people out quickly, even though the restaurant wasn’t full.

The food was ok. Needed more seasoning. Our chef Johnny was friendly and gave us a great show. Oue feeling was that we paid for the show more than the food. Service is great and very attentive but not sure the nice chef and good service is enough to justify the price for ok food.

The chef was a good showman and the food was cooked very well. There was a good mix of meat, vegetables and starch. The only recommendation that I would like to make is for the wait staff to learn more about the Japanese wines.

Overall we had a lovely time, the customer service was fantastic and the food was very yummy. The cost of the teppanyaki was a little overpriced in my opinion. We got the Geisha set which was $65 but to pay an extra $10 for garlic rice seemed expensive. I might go back for an occasion, would go back sooner if the cost was a little lower.

We decided to book at Midori because it was in the entertainment book. My partner had forgotten to use the entertainment book voucher when he paid. The owner refused after to reprocess with the entertainment book discount. Blamed it on the system apparently. I insisted I would never use this voucher or come back again. Nothing was done to rectify this besides a sorry. Never going back again!

I ate at Midori on Saturday and what an outstanding experience. Food was amazing and staff were very accommodating. If you're after a meal with theatre then Midori Tepenyaki is a must visit.

Good food, excellent service, very entertaining. Great choice of menus for the teppanyaki with awesome cocktails. However watch out for the flying food, the chefs do not have great aim ;)

Lovely food but it was too much to quick. I ended up wasting quite a lot as I was full and felt pressured to finish and leave the table.

Awesome atmosphere and delicious food. The portion sizes are huge too. You won’t be able to finish. Most restaurants don’t give any attention to the toilets, but Midori Tepenyaki do.

The food at Midori Teppanyaki was absolutely delicious 😋. The staff were delightful and fun and it had a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend Midori to anyone who hasn’t tried teppanyaki before or for a fabulous night out for a group of people.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and food at this restaurant. Great for a date or an occasion dinner party. However I found the front of house lady to be a bit pushy.

Excellent customer service. We brought our 5 and 9 Yr old and they happily allowed them to share a teppanyaki set. Throughly entertaining the chef and food was cooked beautifully. The interior & exterior do need renovations as starting to be a bit run down. But overall highly recommend

Table wasn’t ready, then pushed into a corner where one of my guests was seated behind a pole. They moved us for dessert but then forgot to even bring dessert to us, then finally did claiming “they ran out of ice cream”. Constantly asking for water to be filled up. Seats at the table are so low. Tired restaurant in need of a makeover. For such an expensive restaurant, I expected more. In saying that, the food was delicious, but $10 to go from steamed rice to garlic rice??? I don’t think so!

Nice place for entertainment and dinner, but comes at a price. Food was good overall but scallops were served slightly undercooked and still cold inside. Chefs were nice but lacked a bit of personality.

Excellent. Great atmosphere, very friendly and obliging staff and fantastic food. Highly recommend and will going back in 4 days to have a farewell dinner for an overseas visitor. Compared to another restaurant I recently went to and they don't compare with the great service of Midori

Great service, food, drinks, entertainment and atmosphere. We went there for my father's birthday and he had a great time - they even wrote happy birthday on the teppenyaki grill and, afterwards, brought out a special dessert for him with a candle.

Food was excellent, the chef at the teppenyaki table was amazing. There was a slight delay when transitioning from mains to desert. Would visit again.

An amazing experience. A little bit confusing at first since the waitresses dont explain what goes on for the first timers at teppanaki. You share tables with others and have your own personal chef. Once your done you have to change tables to eat dessert. The chefs cooks for you and entertains you through out the night. We had a chef named Ken and he was really skilled, talented and funny! Food tasted delicious and was cooked to perfection. Must try the cocktails! Would highly recommend!

Double storey restaurant so quite spacious. A selection of teppanyaki set menus. The teppanyaki show was great. Chefs had a few tricks up their sleeves. Food was very good - should order the garlic rice extra. Only negative was the smell from the teppanyaki cooking really clings to your clothes. Other than that, dinner was an enjoyable experience!

Fantastic show, with impressive knife work, dexterous hands, and FIRE! Very yummy food with a range of options for different tastes and prices. Impeccable service. The price is rather high, but it is worth it for what you receive.
