The food and service at this restaurant were reasonably good, but the overall experience was let down by several issues. The noise levels were excessively high, making conversation difficult. Upon arrival, there was confusion about my online booking, and we were initially seated at one table, only to be moved again, which was very inconvenient as I had a 90-year-old guest with mobility challenges. While the staff were generally attentive, one plate was served significantly later than the others, which disrupted our meal. Unfortunately, these issues overshadowed what could have been a much more enjoyable visit.

Service was nice and so was the food. Place was clean. The ambience could be better. A screen at the back would be nice to hide the piles of stuff and boxes. There was also no music, which was a shame.

I booked in advance so had no problems with seating etc. The food was lovely and the staff was efficient and friendly as always. It’s my favourite local restaurant by a long shot.

The food was tasty but the service was poor, one entree comes and not the other. Then the other entree and mains all come together. Dessert menu given and instead of knowing there was things missing from the menu twice the waitress comes back saying we don't have what you want. Its Thursday night there should be nothing missing it wasn’t busy.

Today was fabulous, there were a lot of tables of students coming from having their first communion so it was very loud but that’s to be expected with so many people. Staff were brilliant and came to the table very often to ask if we wanted anything else. Great value and beautiful pizza. We love Milanos!

The food was great, but unfortunately, the venue is very noisy. Despite wearing hearing aids, both my companion and myself had difficulty hearing each other. I've had problems with the noise level there on other occasions too.

Food was good. Prawn and scallop Ravioli was the nicest we have tasted in a long while. The Pepperoni pizza was OK ,needed more spice probably needs an upgrade on the actual pepperoni,larger pieces have more taste.

Milanos is a favourite destination for our woman's lunch group. There are so many choices from healthy seafood to real indulgence. We are a group of 20 and always impressed at the speed our food and drinks arrive. Pricing is better than some other local restaurants.

Very annoying. Despite going thru the order twice…one main and two entree size serves, we only got the main and one entree size. So…a birthday meal and 4 people waiting ready to eat whilst I had to wait for my meal. Not happy! And…prices have risen considerably.
