great customer service and great vibes! Were quick to bring food out and the food is always amazing there nothing bad to say always great.

Milky lane has such a good vibe and the food and cocktails were amazing! Would 100% go there again and recommend to friends and family.

We came to here for a celebration due to your advertised gluten free buns, when we go there we were told there was none. Very disappointed as then nothing was gluten free on the menu so someone went hungry the netire night. If you take something off the menu please specify on your website and social media as we would've chosen somewhere else to go instead of someone left hungry the entire night

The chickayne burger, Mac and cheese croquettes and popcorn chicken were all tasty and the milky lane special sauce is great. Only downsides were The milky lane burger didn't have melted cheese and the chips were soggy on the cheat meal.

Absolutely delicious food. Portion sizes are just enough. Little bit disappointed the Mac and cheese doughnut didn’t come in a vegetarian option, however. Only rated down for service. Place wasn’t that busy and we had to ask to be served and have water topped up each time.

Great place to eat dinner and have a few drinks. Best experience I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be back and recommending it to a lot of people.

The food was really good milk shakes and cocktails are also very good with Great customer service had a good time with family and friends

Food was great and pretty reasonably priced. The staff were excellent. The only thing we weren't keen on was the gangster music playing in the background. While I understand it is part of their shtick, it was rather off-putting for our kids to have to listen to constant bad language and the barrage of gunfire etc that was part of the music. I would definitely have to consider whether I would take my kids back there.

Great food .. price a little expensive but was good serving. The service was very good as well and good vibe/atmosphere. Must visit of you are into quality food.

Service wasn't the best, we were in the restaurant before they started full service surrounded by empty tables, asked to have a burger cut in half the waitress replied with "probably not". We asked why she said "we will get busy soon so you can cut it yourself if you want to half it". Popcorn chicken was burnt. They lost our burger so we were waiting for it for over 30 minutes. Overpriced cocktails that came without straws in very deep glass. However there was a really good vibe, loved the rapper painting on the back wall.

Previously we've had good experiences, however that pails into insignificance compared to our last one. Dreadful service (20 minutes before we even got a drink), RUDE staff (we ordered a burger and chips and chips came 20 minutes before our burgers. We asked were the burgers were and were told that they come from different kitchens so serve them separately - which was different from my previous 2 visits and if they had told us that at the beginning then fair enough, but the didn't and when we mentioned it we were told 'it will come when it comes' by a very rude waitress who made no effort to appease the situation. Burgers are normally great but these came out drenched in sauce - literally ruining it. It was so disappointing as we had taken friends there and all of us had a very disappointing time. Go somewhere else.

So much yum! Where to even begin! All levels of yumminess covered! Nailed it Milky Lane! Great food, great atmosphere and awesome tunes. My 5 year had to get up and dance at one point. Can't fight the best with a burger in your belly.

Didn't get drinks till after main course. Got orders wrong. Have good food and very good atmosphere. Went once before and service was good but lacked this time around.

Terrible Experience. Took ages to order only to have the system 'crash' and to be sat there waiting without an order in the system. Nobody came to retake our order. On three occasional we were given other people's food/drinks and asked several times what's happening with our own.... Took 30mins to bring us flat sparkling water. Cups were dirty. After over an hour we were told they were really sorry but our order actually didn't go into the system and finally offered to reorder. We declined due to all the other erorrs and issues we had. 1 hour and 15 minutes only to have an overpriced cocktail and some flat sparkling water. Not Ideal.

Great food and experience but minor details wouldn't stuff up my overall night. Staff member was great and orders were quickly served. Great place to go and chill and relax.

Worst service I've ever experienced what makes it even worse is owner gloating on fb at how overbooked restaurant was. If you know you have a vast amount of customers have enough staff to accomodate!! Food was average, never again

The food is amazing here. Burgers tasted really fresh and the shakes and desserts are delicious. Only negative was that waitress got our order wrong but another member of staff made it up to us by giving us a few things free. All up a great place to eat with a good atmosphere

Great food, vibes and staff. Service was fine and did not wait long for our starters then burgers. Will definitely come back in the near future.

The menu looked amazing, the food we ordered was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, the only constructive criticism I have is that the service was a little slow. I know it's difficult during busy times though and it definitely didn't put me off going back!

Great food that came out quick but waiter 45 for a cocktail that never came because the bartender was "out" and had to ask twIce for a beer that was ordered

Sat waiting for a while before we could get someone to take our order. They had run out of the mac and cheese croquettes (the whole reason we went there!) The burgers were still pink in the middle and very meaty. Loaded chips were amazing and the decor is cool

Had The Raffaello cocktail last night and it was one of the best cocktail I've ever had!! The Everything on the menu is unique and different to any other burger place in Sydney

The atmosphere had a great urban vibe which made the place different. Milky Lane had interesting music and food. The menu also had unique selection of cocktails and mocktails!!

Had the mint mega smash and the mac and cheese. It was devine but was left woddling out as we has a food baby. Great food.

Poor service took an hour for us to get two cocktails we had to ask three staff members to follow up for us and when they eventually did come they were not worth the wait although they looked good they were very under whelming taste wise and over priced. Upon leaving we discussed not paying for the drinks and got attitude from a waitress about it. She did eventually give them to us free of charge but over all the experience was not as I expected and I did not feel like a valued customer probbaly would not re visit

Milkshakes were great. Service was good but not great. Burgers were just okay. We tried the milky lane which was a bit bland. The chic Kanye was good though.

Awesome food and great environment to be around. Staffing is nice and caring. Unfortunate that they get so busy that the staff member had to let us know that we had to leave but was great

Atmosphere is awesome, they had live DJs playing last night and it was a Tuesday night! Food is great. The sliders are awesome! A little expensive though.

Very average food. Thick shakes are very small for the price. Make sure you double check your bill. Ordered the Big Poppa. was missing the Mac & Cheese patty. Told the waitress, they took my burger back and added the patty but charged me for the "extra" mac and cheese patty that was "missing" Friend order the Limp Brisket but the burger was lukewarm. Food took over 45 minutes to come out when we rocked up when they opened at 12pm. Orange juice is rare commodity, that took 30 minutes to come out. Only decent thing was the fried chicken. Sunday surcharge applies as well

The food was great, their specials caught our attention straight away! Everything was just as expected.. delicious. The shakes were mouth watering, would definitely recommend the Salted Caramel one. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive from start to finish. Very friendly and great atmosphere.

Food was good however service was quite slow. Perhaps more servers needed. Also food was brought out at different times - we all received our sides of chips (still st different times to each other) probably around 15 minutes before any of our burgers came out.

Good food with friendly service. Will be going back again however is out of area so is definately an entire night out. All in all good experience

Great casual lunch or dinner. Has a wonderful vibe and is one for the Burger Specialist. The cocktail list is full of great creations with amazing twists. will definitely be back !!!!!

I loved the atmosphere at Milky Lane. It's very unique and vibrant. All of the staff are very friendly and have quick service. The food was a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend this place!

Great food, great service. Recommend highly! The burgers are huge, and you will leave full! The cocktails are inventive, and they have crazy special offerings which will always keep you coming back.
