Sarah is an amazing waitress! Super bubbly and friendly!! The food is delicious and totally worth every single cent!!! Needs to start doing Uber etc.

Food was really good, service was excellent and the food came out fast! Only thing was the table beside us got seated after we did, ordered after we did but got their drinks before us, so ours came after our food, but overall the experience was great and we would definitely go agaid

the music was so loud we couldn't hear the people sitting next to us.. kinda ruined the whole vibe...

The food was amazing, we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated but staff were apologetic and the service was great

Food was delicious! And quick service...I thing that would be great is some wet wipes to clean your hands before / after a meal...also because of the rain there was a lot of water under the tables which could have been cleaned

Overpriced, food orders wrong and so desperate to get you out of the door.

I booked 2 weeks in advanced and we were put at the very end of the restaurant on a tiny tablewith extremely loud music. The seats were uncomfortable and food was mediocre

We waited 40 minutes for our food then someone came and told us that something went wrong and they were going to make it now. 20 mins later we finally got our food. Such a waist of time

Service was friendly, sides were tasty however the burgers are far too oily. Would have been better if they actually sold the menu items they advertise they have.

bad customer service. waiter wasn’t with it, had to repeat order 3 times. had apparently run out of ginger beer even though the place was empty. food wasn’t up to standard this time. sweet potato chips were way over salted. loaded fries were no longer fries and just fat potato chips and overloaded with cheese and bacon. looked messy and not presentable and appealing as it has been before. but the bad service really stood out and makes me not want to go back. food is over priced too.

We were seated at possibly the worst table in the restaurant. My friend was constantly being bumped by staff with food as they had to walk past her to get to the kitchen area. When we asked if we could move one of the staff members said they were all booked out but we were there for at least 1.5hrs and we saw plenty of empty tables. Food was average and definitely not as good as their Sydney restaurants. The whole experience was a let down.

Amazing customer service. Happy to help with anything. Great food. Nice and quick too. You have to try the caramilk spring rolls

Cocktails and mash potato balls were good burgers were ok, service was pretty bad from our waiter won’t be back in a hurry...

Staff were really friendly and made the experience fun. Decor really whacky in a good way. Burgers delicious and desserts as well. Definitely worth another visit

Best restaurant experience I've ever had! The Staff were so friendly and our waitress was so great and helpful she took care of us the whole way through, the menu was accommodating to my friend who has allergies so ordering was a breeze, wait time wasn't long, the food looked and tasted amazing and the atmosphere was really welcoming and upbeat. First of many visits to come!

It was overhyped a bit while the burger were alright, the sweet potatoe fries were pretty good but they don't split bills over groups of 6

Loved it. The only thing I would recommend is to sit inside. I sat outside and got soaked by the fan spraying mist everywhere. Did not enjoy putting the effort to doing my hair and having humidity from the spraying mist ruin in.

So yummy will definitely be back. Super busy so obviously popular

My partner and I have been waiting for milky lane to come to Canberra we had to wait months to be able to book a table (obviously a time that suited our schedules). The food was pretty good, obviously not as picture perfect as Facebook or Instagram. Was quite loud as we got place right under the speakers, could barely hear each other talk. Our waitress was super lovely and asked had we ever been there before and explain how the restaurant worked, ie table service, fries do not come with the burger, pay at counter, and burger are done medium unless requested otherwise. Was a bit pricey, especially the cocktails. Over all would go again for their loaded fries and experience but just a bit expensive for a regular night out.

Staff are lovely, very busy and hot day, they were still attentive and meals arrived in a reasonable time. Very noisy and peopley but at least music wasnt overly blaring, we could still have a conversation without screaming at each other.

I had the fried chicken burger and the sauces were just overkill, I couldn’t finish the burger. I was pretty disappointed as it was my first time to ML and was very much looking forward to it.

Staff and management where all very accommodating and very nice.

We were really excited about our visit after seeing ads posted on face book but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. The burgers didn’t look anything like the amazing pictures. No fillings oozing out. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. $19 for a relatively small burger and then you still had to add chips or other sides. By the time we added on the sides and a couple of desserts to share, our bill totalled $144 for four people (2 of those kids) and we only drank tap water. My daughter choose a mocktail for dessert. There were no prices for mocktails listed on the menu but we’d read about them on face book so knew about them. We were flabbergasted when the bill came and we’d been charged $16 for the mocktail - a mere $4 taken off for the lack of alcohol. Didn’t seem reasonable. We understood that the Canberra venue was new and there were many many staff completing training that night who didn’t know the menu well and described portion sizes to us incorrectly and we felt we were very patient. In summary, it wasn’t a bad feed it was just very very expensive for what we received. Nothing wowed us unfortunately. Won’t be back😞

Food was awesome, but only rating down as staff kept bringing the wrong food to our table. This happened four or five times, but did put down to just some kinks that need ironing out. Will go back!

The waitstaff were very friendly and very capable. It was not busy when we went so there was not much noise and the wait times were minimal. We will be going back.
