Milky Lane - Canberra

One of our burger patties was burnt, we ordered two Sundaes which took 20 minutes to make and while waiting for the Sunday’s we were asked to leave because our table time was up and someone else needed the table... we said we were still waiting on the sundaes and when they came the ice cream was so awful my 10 year olds didn’t like them, the ice cream texture was awful and there was a tiny drizzle of Nutella even though we had actually asked for extra Nutella, we ditched them and went next door to Messina... pretty disappointing overall and we won’t be back unfortunately

Delicious!!!!! I was a little sad they didn’t have the whole menu, but service was great, food was great, and even though it was packed in there we still got our food at a good time! 👌 deffs be back

Can’t really fault anything to be honest. Service was super quick and friendly, food was great. It’s a bit tight on room but once you’re seated it’s alright.

The staff were fairly attentive but given we booked so far in advance, it would’ve been nice to have had a better option in terms of seating - there was no flexibility on this because booths etc were used to squish in larger bookings that necessary. They forgot one of our drinks - this was an easy fix but the food was definitely overpriced for what it was. It was nice enough but not my first choice given the surrounding competition.

Don’t have a bad word to say, was great food and a great experience

Great service. Could not fault the staff. Very friendly. Food not so great. Value for money was low. $6 for a small milk shake, the glass was half full of cream. I went for the fancy shakes as pictured on website but were not available yet (a few weeks away). The staff did.convert one of the cocktails to a cocktail however it still cost $15 for a shake.

Somehow with the burger that we tasted in Sydney these burgers were not that good. The bread seemed quite dry as did the meat patty and the burgers which is tasteless and dry would expect more sauce more flavor and richness as per the marketing photos.

Another fantastic experience at ML Canberra! Had extra people come for a farewell lunch and ML staff were very accommodating by adding two extra seats to our table! Food was delicious, shakes were incredible!

Very disappointed, Small burgers and very expensive. Also $4 for 1 slice of extra bacon and $5.50 for a serve of 20 odd chips, you got to be serious, just remember you’re selling burgers not steak, I’ll give it 6months and you’ll close your doors if prices stay the way they are, in addition the service was very ordinary, especially when compared to Grease Monkey Felt very ripped off after spending $35 and still hungry, definitely will not be returning or recommending Milky Lane

Over priced for very poor quality food. Not happy !

The chicken wasn’t nice and the beef was dry. The music was so loud we had to ask for it to be turned down and then it was loud again. You had to yell to hear the person in front of you. Was disappointing and was a very similar review to my dad. Won’t be going back and won’t recommend it to anyone.

Everything thing was good just not happy they took big papa away as that was the reason I went to milky lane to try it out and they don’t do wagyu beef patties anymore, but over all still a good experience.

Only thing that disappoints me was we are place near the toilets and the kitchen when we were booked we’ll in advance would have loved to be seated with more viewing of the restaurant. Other then that food and staff where fantastic

The BurgerS weren’t the greatest but drinks were very nice

Food and service were amazing, however the table was quite small for 6 of us, not enough room for all our food and drinks. If it wasn’t so squishy we would have stayed a bit longer and had more drinks, but it just wasn’t very comfortable. Will give it another go, many more great options on the menu to try.

Had a great time with my parents and my great grandparents and it noisy for one because he has a ring eight we asked for well done one of the hamburgers got medium rare bit upset because he didn’t have any onion rings come back thank you

After years of watching Milkylanes post on their Instagram and FB I was very excited to go to the new Canberra restaurant as I had not yet made it to Bondi. Unfortunately experience in Canberra was underwhelming to say the least. It wasn't the worst and wasn't the best. I guess it just didn't meet my expectations which I guess were unrealistic being based on Social media post. Also I understand they have just opened so hopefully it improves in time to be of similar calibre to what Bondi appears to be.

Very quick and efficient, super quick with serving food, excellent polite service

The resturant was well fitted out, unfortunately we were in the back room, it was so loud with the music than people talking over each other you couldn’t hear. Burgers were okay, nothing amazing unfortunately. Staff were great.

The price we were charged was different to the menu price and we had left before we had realised this. I guess we were expecting different from the cocktails from what we have seen on social media - we maybe should have asked!! Other than that - was an overall good experience. Thankyou

Absolutely spectacular! We went in with high expectations, empty stomachs and full of excitement and we were not disappointed. The portions are extremely generous and filling and their menu is both enticing and inviting. There was a lot to choose from which made it difficult to decide what we wanted. We had the Chic-Kanye burger, The Drake - which was great for both vegan and non vegan customers and The Kevin Bacon which most definitely lived up to the hype. The Chic-Kanye in particular was, and I quote, ‘multi-dimensional,’ in terms of its flavour with a slight kick of spice. The ambience is incredible and refreshing and is most definitely an asset for Lonsdale St in Braddon. Their staff were also incredibly lovely and friendly. Will definitely be back again soon and keen to try some of their amazing milkshakes and cocktails!

No room, was placed next to kitchen and the staff made a fuss about needing to make 3 seats when we already booked it. Milkshake was hot and food wasnt the greatest

My 8 year old daughter is on the ASD spectrum and has ADHD and your young staff member was really lovely and understanding. The food was yummy, including a kids' menu, service was fast and fun decor.

Majority of things on the menu was out of stock and staff did not know much about menu items
