The best service I have received in a really long time. Our waitress was super tentative and our food and drink were served super quick.

The food was delicious, especially the kevin bacon and the mac and cheese croquettas. Price is great value for money. Grrat service and her recommendations.

Staff and food were great, drinks were a little slow and came after the food but the atmosphere and great customer service makes up for everything

Service could of been a lot better this time around, wasn’t up to the standard it normally is unfortunately but food and cocktails were amazing.

The food was great. It tasted amazing and the portion sizes are generous. There were however a few issues with ordering and food coming out. We weren’t aware that the suggestions on the menu are included with the burger - my sister can’t have very much gluten and dairy and we ordered the drake but weren’t aware it comes with Mac and cheese patty which can cause her to get ill. I asked for no pickles on my burger but my burger came with pickles so I had to pick them off. Our food came at all different times - mine about 10-15 mins after the other orders at our table. The table across from us ordered the same thing as me but 20 mins after I did but they got theirs first. There needs to be a more streamlined system it seems.

Burgers tasty.. somewhat pricey.. but tast on point.. only issue.was table smelt like old wet dish cloth maybe invesment in appropriate cleaning solutions instead of same wet.rag for every table ..

Music was too loud to talk during dinner, more like a club. Burgers are good but the bacon is American-style: over cooked. Fried chicken is wonderful as are the sides.

Served warm table water, it was super hot in there and when the food did come out it was honestly disappointing. Hearing all the awesome hype about this restaurant really made our expectations high and all of us didn’t enjoy our burgers or the fries. The shakes were not that enjoyable, to be honest we didn’t think it’s worth the price. 13$ for a burger we could’ve had for half the price somewhere else which would actually taste nice. The sauce overpowered everything, tasted like a bottle of mustard and tomato sauce was just thrown on it. A disappointment, unfortunately. Other than that the music was great and the art there was super cool to look at, just considering the food was a let down.

We experienced great and efficient service, got a birthday dessert free for my fiancé. Can’t wait to come back and try something different on the menu.

Atmosphere is great, we were seated at the front of the restaurant and couldn't hear a word each other was saying so music could go down a few notches. Food was amazing like usual, we had the mash potato balls they need to be on the permanent menu 👌 Im guessing he is the manager as ive seen him there a few times needs to be more friendly, walked in and he just looked at me no greeting whatso ever told him we had a booking for xx time he just gestured to follow him and then pointed at our table, everyone else there is nice and friendly.

Food was average and overpriced, staff were not friendly and walked off mid sentence while we tried to pay the bill. They also forgot one of our drinks.

Fantastic service, food and energy! This place has definitely improved from when I first went. Will definitely go back! Ordered the Kevin Bacon and was thoroughly impressed!

Amazing food with amazing employee’s! The guy that was waiting our table was so nice and helpful. He even shouted my sister a cocktail and desert for her 21st birthday!

Our first time at the restaurant was disappointing. Firstly, the restaurant was too noisy! The DJ was playing the music too loudly to the point where you have to scream to have a conversation with someone. In terms of food, the beer battered chips were good although the burgers were just way too greasy. We also did not appreciate the waitstaff coming almost every 10 minutes to see how the food was going--it was overboard!

Absolutely loved this cute little diner! The music was great, they had a live dj playing. We started with the typical milkshakes, and then chips. The burgers were MASSIVE and tasted scrumptious! We then finished with baked cookie dough which was sweet. It was a little bit hard to talk because of the music but overall this place was great, definitely coming back!

Can’t say anything bad about it. Food was good. Great place for catching up with friends. Milky lane is a place meant for the younger generation. Music might not be to the taste of the older generation and it’s quite loud too.

Second time going there and food is amazing as always but didn’t like the service of being seated. I made a booking and still had to sit and wait for a table to be available... if someone makes a booking a table should be reserved 15 minutes prior. Overall it was really nice and enjoy trying the specials

The food was good but the service was awkward and the staff seemed to be rushing us out even though we'd only been in the restaurant for less than an hour.

Great atmosphere and music. The customer service was amazing, checking how everything is going regularly. Not to mention the great food!!! Had the vegetarian burger with a delicious mac n cheese patty... along with a side of sweet potato fries... it was so good! Will be back!

Great atmosphere. Lacked healthy options to cater for friendship group! Would definitely have to decide if it's a dinner or dessert trip, could not do both. Would love to go with the whole family.

Considering it was a public holiday, it was pretty quiet. The staff were friendly and made sure everything was okay, the food was good, really enjoyed it.

They were lovely! I had my 8month old with me and they arrange for us to sit in the corner so there would be enough space for my pram snd bubs bag. They also blessed us with a churros cup for my hubby’s bday for free!The food came out fast and it looked and tasted amazing! Good job guys! Will definitly come again!

Milky Lane burgers were juicy and delicious, popcorn chicken and loaded fries were just as good, service was great and food came quickly, churros dessert was yummy, glad we made a booking first - very popular and worth going back!
