You always know what to expect and meals never disappoint.

First meal out of lockdown and had to be here. Small issue meant we had to leave early and the restaurant couldn’t have done more to help us. Thanks

The food was delicious with generous portions. The staff were attentive but seemed inexperienced as a few times they forgot part of an order and rushed to take our order. Decor is very tired, but did remind me of eating in little side of the road restaurants in Nogales!

I booked lunch at 12 and not ready for kitchen and must wait more than 30 minutes for my dish. But taste was nice and next time I would like to book with avoid the time immediately after the store opens.

We were overcharged, the staff had to be told at least three times the order and it still wasn't right. One of them in particular was rude and pretty much threw plates on the table. What was once a favourite of ours has become a place we would not go to again. We went for my 11yo birthday dinner as he so wanted to go. Never again!

We've been coming to Montezuma's Crows Nest for probably 20 years and the prices have steadily been going up which is understandable but the meal portions have steadily been decreasing. Better for the waistline but disappointing nonetheless. The quality of the food has also dropped, the chicken enchilada was very dry. Won't be coming back.

Staff were friendly. It was a good dining experience but you would need prompter service to complete several courses within the allotted 1.5 hour time frame if there was a reservation after the 6.30pm time slot. The food is still great but I miss having the sauce on the Mexican date cake that seems to have been omitted since there has been new management.

It wasn’t great, it wasn’t horrible. It was Meh. It wasn’t busy and service was not great. I asked for a second margarita and it never came. (Nor did anyone come near us again so I could ask a second time!) We will not be going back.

Going early means you get great service and the food comes out really quickly. Recommend sitting in the booths for space and a quieter vibe

I really like this place but last call for drinks and food just before 9pm on a Saturday night with a pretty full restaurant? You can make further alcohol sales - crazy!

during covid there didn't seem to be a check-in system, although tables were socially distanced. at no point when I booked was i told there was a time restriction however when the confirmation came it stated bookings were 1 hour! I have not experienced a one hour booking anywhere else, usually two hours. on the night, tge food wax pretty much as expected, not bad but not amazing either. service was slow and when we finished our mains they didn't enquire if we wanted anything else, just presented the bill. we actually wanted dessert and coffee. we did get our dessert but apparently the coffee machine wasn't working and the bar had closed....it was not even 8pm yet. won't be rushing back.
