Nice cafe. Reasonably good scones. Would like to come again for high tea or breakfast some time.

Lovely staff. We both had the Pappardelle with lamb ragu. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the coffee afterwards

The staff and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming, my daughter wanted a High Tea 13th birthday party, her and her friends had a great time and they catered to the dietary requirements fabulously, I would recommend this venue for elegant change up for a birthday party

Took six of my friends here for afternoon tea on a Sunday. Blown away by the care and attention from the owners and staff. Ate so much we could barely move. The food, the atmosphere, the tea and particularly the tea cosies were all amazing. And the best scones we've ever had. We'll definitely be back.

We have been coming to this charming place for years . It never disappoints.. the menu has old favourites and new taste combinations to die for . Unusual pairings of meats and veggies , salad additions and exotic touches mean every time we visit there is something original to try.. and this is not leaving out moussaka , pot pies, South African dishes , toad in the hole , Ploughmans lunch , french onion soup , satay combos , Vietnamese salad … it goes on endlessly and while these are not all on the menu at once there are always different soups and dishes to delight Today I had poached eggs wrapped in finely worked Turkish kataifi ( finest crisp vermicelli )on a salad containing broad beans, mushrooms , speck, radish and other delights .. so healthy and decadent at once ! The home made cakes , streudle topped rhubarb cheesecake , carrot cake ( too aphrodisiacal for any regular donkey ) and other offerings are magic Coffee is great and tea served in little pots with cute hand knitted cosies . If you want a caffeine - free hot drink of mellow maltiness try their Melbourne Fog .. made from crushed wattle seeds in milk of your choice .All touches and decor are unique and mein hosts Peter and Daniella are hospitality personified All the staff are unerringly helpful and happy !! In short …Mr Burch ( who sits upstairs ) is a delightful sanctuary of satisfaction

Really great food, love the diversity in meals- especially vegetarian options! The servers are really enthusiastic so they have created a very welcoming and genuine environment! Meals are big in size so worth the money!

I always love eating at Me Burch. The food is delicious and varied, the decor is quirky and comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficient. My only quibble is that they no longer offer Prosecco on the wine menu - PLEASE bring it back!
