Large space nicely decorated. Friendly and attentive service. Extensive range of dishes for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Entrees and mains all colourful, generous and delicious. The signature battered cauliflower dish lived up to the hype. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful evening at Nyala. We loved the ambiance and food. The service was also amazing. Fortunately it was combined with a wonderful art exhibition by the talented Zion Yaynu @artistic_noiz and live music by Amadou Suso. Beautiful evening.
The best African meal for dinner is definitely delicious for 2 people is worth it for dinner in Fitzroy and best meal ever was delicious couscous, 3 meat Shaw is delicious and veg is delicious.

We had one of the banquets on offer for 5 people and there was plenty, no one went hungry. The service was pleasant but it was a bit noisy, but then it was a Friday night. I would definitely recommend.
