Great food fast friendly service excellent place to be with friends

Asked to be seated in a quiet area due to my special needs child and we had a very suitable space away from other people. The service was incredible and food was quick. My children didn't like the potato croquette in the dinosaur kids meal - they would prefer chicken katsu or similar. :) But they really, really loved those plates!!! The food was incredible, thanks so much for accomodating us.

Okami Albury was a great dining experience with such realistic portions of very tasty food. We thoroughly enjoyed all our selections with the ‘All you can eat’ buffet, paired with a Lychee Mojito. The service was discreet and friendly, and very polite. Super night!!

Food was excellent, staff were perfect, except for one who said she would check if we had any more plates coming but then never came back. It was my fault for skimming the menu and booking without realising it is a set fee for all-you-can eat with a wastage fee. I'm also from interstate so had never heard of a wastage fee before. We pushed through about 16 plates between two of us, and finished all but 1 plate, which was the beef salad and had come out cold and full of fat. Staff were lovely enough to listen to my concerns and reason why I didn't finish it, and we weren't charged the fee for that plate 🙏. The Yuzu soda is next level and I need to know the recipe or where to buy it from 🙏🙏🙏

We were seated quickly and the staff were all so friendly and polite. Every dish arrived quickly and warm, ready to eat immediately. Nothing was too hot or too cold. Large servings and enough to share between our party of 3.

Very happy with the visit. 1 of our fried rice dishes did not come but when we asked a waiter he went to the kitchen and brought us 1 straight away.

This was our second work dinner here and it's AMAZING we ate soo much!!! The all you can eat experience is a fantastic way to try all the dishes and really built a great vibe around the table 😁 I rave to my friends and family and want each of them to come down and eat here.

Very quick service, great food, great atmosphere. Plus Santa greeted the children at the table.
