Service great and the idea is fab. The food however is very mass produced and low quality. Gyoza were undercooked (pastry was hard) and teriyaki chicken consisted of very dry roasted chicken with the tiniest amount of teriyaki sauce, almost inedible and not at all how teriyaki chicken should be. We were disappointed with several of the meals. Drinks are quite highly priced as well.

Service from the dining area is good.Staff are friendly but not everyone is knowledgeable with Japanese food,I ask for toragashi (Japanese chillie flakes) and the young service crew are lost didn't know what I'm asking for. Salad are not fresh,ginger is very dry aburi is not done properly(didn't have any Smokey taste and looks) sushi roll is not in a basic Japanese standard. My last ordered(edame) never serve until we left,vegetarian gyoza is soggy prawn are still frozen.california roll doesn't have masago.over all disappointed as i heard a lot of good reviews maybe from the people that didn't know about Japanese food is good but not for those who knew it. Lastly the crew were asking the customers at 845pm if they still want to order which 920 is the last order. Chef needs to go on revise training.Such a shame if this will continue as the respond of the people from Albury/Wodonga is great.

Amazing service, amazing restaurant, food quality was EXCELLENT! The only thing is that it was very expensive for us as we are not big eaters. It was over $150 for a small dish each and a drink. Otherwise it was faultless!
