My experience with Okami Bendigo was efficient, professional and overall amazing experience. I continue coming back to Okami Bendigo for the experience and variety in dishes

overall we enjoyed the experience. Only issue was how cramped we were in our seating. We prefer a bit more room between tables.

We all enjoyed the variety of dishes and service was excellent

Servers threw items on the table. Half of the order was forgotten. Would not recommend this restaurant and will not be back' very disappointing.

Great concept. Must have a back door open as there was a chill flowing through the restaurant. Could be the kitchen extraction fans. Made my food cold quickly

Food was fantastic as always, however the service was very poor tonight - not something we’d experienced before. Always had to ask to order and were left sitting for long periods of time with no one coming over to us.

First time ever at Okami. Great value for money, great food, great service. Order time to food delivery was quick. 2 hours plenty to eat food at leisure. Great business model. Reccommend 👍

Good food but service was a little slow...waited to order dessert but left without... worked out for the better as it was freezing outside.

The food was wonderful, service was great, when we got it. We were waiting a long time between orders and had to constantly ask/tell people to come over by getting up and getting someone and take our order. We were wanting to order another round of main food when there was a miscommunication between servers and they cleared our plates so we couldn’t order anymore when we still had appox 45 minutes to order. Overall the food was amazing and you could see the servers were under pressure (they were lovely when we got their attention) but unfortunately that made our experience come down.

Although the service was excellent considering how popular the place is, the quality of the food is poor. Sashimi was 2 small pieces of salmon, the rice in the sushi too sweet. Virtually no prawns in the gyoza. Shu Mai mostly breadcrumbs or similar. Agedashi tofu very good and ice cream ok. We prefer to pay more and get quality ingredients.

The food was delicious food and they had promot delivery to table.

Staff all super friendly and food is delicious. Luckily we were the last meal period sitting because no one took out order until 15/20 minutes into sitting cause they’re so busy. It’s only a problem when they only allow you one hour.

Overall it was a good visit and a very nice meal. An item we ordered was forgotten and not bought to the table. Also another food item came just before we were to leave. Could improve in food accuracy and timing. It was very busy so I do understand how this could occur. We all did enjoy the food and I will be returning. Thankyou for a lovely meal.

We ended up being the only customers until 5:30 so that made the experience even better than usual. Love Okami and always have our set food we must order everytime we've been, it would be nice to see something new on the menu. Staff were fantastic as usual.
