Service was lacking and the food was underwhelming. Felt like we were eating at a Coles cafeteria.

Was really good. Took 15 minutes to get served then it was fine

SERVICE STARTED OFF REALLY WELL BUT WE WERE LEDT WAITING FOR OUR DESSERT (ICECREAM FROM THE FREEZER) FOR 30 MINUTES. THIS WAS DISAPPOINTING.

We visit different Okami establishments across Victoria and find the management & staff here in Bendigo are fabulous. They are very relaxed, professional & the friendliest (whilst kept busy all evening) we have found. Well done!

This is the BEST Okami ever!!!! The staff is amazing! Even when they are under immense pressure and there was sooo many people they handled it so gracefully! The serving portion is always easy to consume and presented beautifully. My favourite Okami for a reason!

Felt a bit rushed. Waiting staff told us “it’s share plates you know, might wanna stop there for your first round” People didn’t get a chance to order.

Service was amazing, very efficient. Cost wise, it's all you can eat for up to 2 hours so you can eat as much or as little as you like or you can just order a meal. The food has always been fresh when we have gone there. The noise level depends on the crowd but most of the time it's easy to have a conversation with the people you are with. Overall the whole experience is great!
