My group of four, three adults and one child (10 yr old) really enjoyed our first visit to Okami Bendigo. Service was very friendly, patient ( when there was so much to choose from) and efficient. The range of dishes was really great and included everything I’d hope for in a Japanese meal. I especially liked how well the staff treated my friend’s boy. The dinner meal was not cheap but definitely very good value. We were the last to leave but were not rushed at all. Thanks Okami!

Its not the same dining experience as the night time. We had paper plates and cups, the food was cold, rice was hard, and a very strange experience. I wouldn't recommend lunch like I would the dinner.

The size of the dishes has gotten much smaller than the original a few years prior. I also noticed when waitresses carried several dishes at once, they were stacked and the bottoms of plates were siting in the food of the dish below it. I noticed this several times with carpaccio being fairly flat.

Amazing as always, did the all you can eat lunch buffet, it was incredibly affordable and well as delicious and fresh, will definitely be going back!

We heard from family and friends about this place. So we had to try it. So for first time diners, we loved it! The All-You-Can-Eat dinner was perfect for our son's 21st family dinner. We'll be returning again soon.

Even though they were absolutely packed, food was served quick, and as always great quality.

Despite delivering 4x plates of food cutlery napkins had to be requested. Table water requested 3x. Wasabi, ginger despite being requested didn't arrive, plates we ordered didn't turn up but by then we had given up

Amazing restaurant and fantastic value for money! Always love going to Okami for gatherings and special events as it is so cost-effective. Staff were lovely and very accommodating to the food aversions and allergies we had. Slight mix up between us and another table for our last round of food but the staff handled it perfectly and we all left happy and satisfied at the end.

Food was great. The only annoying thing is you can’t split the bill which isn’t good when you have a table of 8.

We booked specifically for the complimentary $60 value platter, which is available for bookings of 6 or more people. On arrival, the person who showed us to the table advised head office said not to serve a complimentary platter. Bitterly disappointed, false advertisement, no compensation, felt ripped off. Also, in today's society, no split bills Overall not happy disgrace
