They were slow due to being understaffed and untrained servers, which meant we waited at one stage for 40mins for food to be delivered, had to go and tell the manager, and the order came out wrong so the manager had to fix it. They were also slow to get rid of dirty dishes, or check if we wanted to order more food. Finally once we complained they acted a little quicker, but we only got a new person serving us for our final order, despite complaining after being there for about an hour. Because of this despite the food tasting very good, I would not recommend to anyone, and I don't want to go back.

Food was amazing, first lot came out extremely fast. Then we had to wait and wait to order again and get the food. Price wise, for a smaller group it would be great, for a table of 12, there was not enough food served and for an all hoi can eat place, this wasnt the case

Lovely food. Service a bit slow due to being understaffed. My daughter spilled a drink on the ground, no staff helped.

It was my second time - and I took a friend of mine who had gastric bypass surgery last year - but still loves food and loves to try different dishes which made Okami perfect for her - she loved the experience too which made it really enjoyable for me. A nice night to remember.

Great staff and service and amazing food ! Only suggestion is to expand the space as tables were a bit close to each other which was tough on servers to move around and diners who like quieter atmospheres. Also if the leftovers policy could be adjusted to allow takeaways that'd be much appreciated!

Great place to take the family for an affordabe night out. It wasn't too loud or crowded and it was fun for everythign trying thtings we wouldn't usually try.
