Very prompt getting people into the restaurant for the second session. The service is brisk and friendly and the wait staff just don’t stop! Is it the best I’ve ever had, no, but for $35.00 a head there was nothing we were disappointed with. A great way to sample a lot of things as the portions are appropriate for the table size gives room to explore new tastes. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Bendigo and will check out the other franchises around Melbourne!

We absoulutely loved our previous visit to Okami. The service was great, the food was great and there was plenty of it. This time... not so much. The food itself was pretty good, but was definitely not "all you can eat" as advertised. A number of the dishes we ordered never even arrived which was really disappointing. No explanation. I tried ordering extra food and it just didn't work. We did not have our order taken often enough either. It was like being drip-fed food. Just as annoying was the fact that on two occasions we asked for cutlery and it never arrived. We also asked for a bottle of water and it never arrived either. The evening was to celebrate a special occasion (which I noted in my booking) and I left feeling disappointed and doubting that I will return. I wanted to spoil my sister... I spent a whole bunch of money, but couldn't even get her a fork or a glass of water.

It was awesome. Food was great. Packed house, which made it hard to hear at times!! Will definitely be back!!

Have been to this restaurant 3 times now. First 2 times were grand, this time wasn't as. Forgot a bunch of our orders, had to re order a few times, service was very slow. What a big gap between ordering.

Okami is quick, crowded and serve delicious foods. We haven't order all you can eat before so this is our first experience but unfortunately the man looks like impatient and getting intense when he has to explained about the all you can eat rules. It's used to be friendly service but not sure now.

There was only one person taking orders with all the other staff serving the food. Everyone on our table did not get the chance to order the first time as the waiter was too busy and he said he had another table he had to take orders for. It was very hard to order food with only one person taking orders. We had to wait for ages before we could order ice cream for the kids. Food was also bought to our table that we did not order. We were charged for a beer that we did not order however we did not see this until we got home.

That food was fairly good but service for me on the night was a bit off as myself and my fellow guests we're ordering food but we're not getting them as quickly as others around us.

We really enjoyed our dining experience and definitely will return and will tell our friends
