We had 2 waiting staff. The young man was amazing. The older lady was terrible with no customer service mannerism nor experience. She ignored our table on many occasions, just walked by despite the fact that our table was waiting to order our next course. Finally we got her attention and ordered some desert. Then decided to order some more ice cream for the kids but the lady refused saying that we've been there for 1.50minutes and it's time to leave. We tried to explain that much of our time there was wasted on waiting for her to attend to our table and the booking is for 2 hours however, she refused to listen :( My kids don't want to go back.

Pretty good! Nice food and lovely service! Would recommend going there pretty hungry though so you can devour a whole lot! All I wish is the menu was a bit bigger.

Food was great. The sushi sashimi can be better. Service was ok, the lady that was taking the order were quite snob. A few times she walked past us and didn’t even look as we are trying to call her. We know it was a busy night, but atleast recognise that we called her. Overall it was a good experience.

Okami Bendigo is beyond excellent All Okami restaurants need to be at this standard

Annoyed about the No Split Bills policy. This rule is intended to save hassle when groups argue about who ordered what. They did not understand that Split Bills are not the same as equal Split Payments. They would not accept that 2 couples just wanted to pay half the bill each, without any hassle or haggling. Petty!

The service was slow, had to remind wait staff about drinks that had been ordered, but not arrived. Hard to get waiters attention to order more food & drinks. They could make a lot more money if they were more attentive. Prices were probably reasonable, but seems bad value when service is poor.

As usual, the food was great, the service was fast, efficient and friendly, and we enjoyed our experience. We certainly recommend Okami for a very enjoyable and great value dining experience.

It is very noisy in there. We were over near the windows which attracted a lot of flies but the meal is wonderful and the staff are very lovely. A great place to dine out

Service started good then went downhill fast. Not bringing out food together and forgot some all together we had to ask again and there was only 2 of us. Ordering was very difficult nobody checked if we wanted to order more as portions were very small. Once ordered still couldn't get food together. And when barely finishing food server asked if we are ready for last order very rude. I hadn't been in a few months and was definitely a bad experience compared to previous visit it was very under staffed oly 2 people taking orders for the whole restaurant. I can see why next Service seemed non existent definitely would not recommend dinning there to friends and family.

The vegan food took ages to come out everyone else had finished their food before I had gotten mine. The staff only asked if we wanted to order twice so we couldn’t order as much as we wanted before running out of time. Staff were rude.
