Dinner was great. Loved the food but I know now to definitely not book around the late evening as it gets very busy.

I just love the food and the service. The atmosphere should be upgraded a little and better lighting.

Waiting for the food along time and some didn't come out at all. The service is terrible and ended up leaving. Not value for money and wasted our time.

We went for my sons 18th birthday and they were very accommodating for our group of 23.The wait staff were fantastic and looked after everyone.Would definitely go again everyone enjoyed themselves.Thanks guys

food was horrible, katsu tasted like woolworths frozen chicken, sashimi was warm, wasabi was rubbery

Great variety of food. Using the QR code makes ordering much easier. A couple of our dishes got lost a couple of times, but they made up for it by bringing out double the amount when we queried it. Overall a great experience!

We had all you can eat. Food was good but I don’t think it is worth spending $42.80 for all you can eat as I felt the variety of dishes were less.

Absolutely amazing!! Service was great and food was amazing! They catered to my dietary requirements with no problems!

The wait time was ridiculous, even though we had a reservation. We waited almost 20min to be seated. It seems as though they were under staffed or just couldn't cope with the amount of customers. Once seated the ordering process went smoothly. We did have to follow up several times on a few dishes which were ordered half an hour before. Must have been the Saturday night rush, but it won't stop us from going back. We will just have to book an earlier time!

Great food but there was more waiting than eating. Got full before everything came.

Food was ok, average. There is a 2hrs seating limited. Kitchen was busy so the food was coming out slowly.

Food was great except it took nearly an hour and a half for our food. Service was poor. Waited 40minutes for our drinks, they were at the bar waiting for someone to come bring them to our table for at least 20minutes

Food was absolutely delicious and the staff were lovely and swift.

All we wanted was to order cocktails they send as a menu of the mock tails and expect us to choose what alcohol to add. We don’t know what alcohol is appropriate to add. We asked for the bar tender and a lady came over she said exactly the same thing as we already discussed. Next we wanted a menu to order the food we wanted and they gave us a QR scanner with which for elderly people may as well have been printed in braille.

Restaurant is always clean and staff are friendly. Food is delicious and is made fresh and delivered to the your table very quickly. We have been a few times now and it is always a great experience.

First time here. We had 2 children with us. We ordered via QR code. Waited 50 minutes and the only food came out was siu mai and seaweed. Our children were very hungry, we looked around and saw the restaurant was full, thinking it takes time to come. When we couldn’t wait any longer, we asked the waitress. She checked on her iPad and said there was no order of other food. We wasted 50 minutes of our dining time. We clearly ordered and it said order was sent to kitchen. Definitely need more staff, al the staff were running off their feet, and need to look into their order system. Now thinking about it, can’t believe I let my children waited for 50 minutes. Won’t be coming back. Not a good first experience.

Fun girls night out, difficult to chat as it is bustling with people and nose. Yummy food, warm service and quick seating due to booking. No split bills.

Always a good time visiting Okami, it’s wonderful value for money and always fresh. Short dinner seatings so not great for catch ups but you can always go elsewhere afterwards for a drink and chat. Staff super helpful, service can be slower during busy periods the noise certainly can be intense. Well worth the visit though!
